Very rude cashier, eldery woman, looked like she was in her late mid 50s sliver hair, slim built.
She was very condescending towards my payment option and the fact that i had to look for my aeroplan number she had no patience whatsoever and demanded i pull out all my cards in my wallet on her counter for her to help me identify the membership card.
I could have searched my email but she had a short fuse and told me to pay and went on to tell me to tap on the screen of the machine I front of me.
It felt so terrible, but had to calm myself down and just get over with the trauma and go home.
I hope whatever made her act like a Silverback doesn't happen to anyone.

Great LCBO location. I stopped by this place to pick up some beer and cider but was pleasantly surprised to see also a very decent selection of wines, whisky, and brandy. The place is clean and staff helpful. There is plenty of parking space.

Just watched the absolutely most insanely disrespectful customer service by an associate (a little guy named Kenny) towards another customer. A man came up to him and asked if he could please help open up one of those foldable 8-pack holders for him, the associate then just screamed "NO" and walked away. Later, I was waiting in the checkout line and the associate, Kenny, comes up and immediately started an altercation with that same customer while he was checking out. He looks at him and says "DO YOU NOT HAVE HANDS OT SOMETHING?" the customer just responds with "I always rip them when I open them so I was seeing if someone else could open it for me". Kenny proceeds to continue to argue with the guy and then goes nuclear and says "I am not serving you" and kicks him out. Customer was just standing there completely dumfounded at what just happened.
Has to be the most insane customer service experiences I've ever seen.
Incredible that the man still has a job. Feel bad for the customer.

I was at the hunt club location on Wednesday 18th September 2024 and was assisted by Corey. He's a very approachable young man - I'm in my 60's and have been disappointed in the past with the attitude of some young customer reps, but today Corey restored my faith in the younger generation. He was so knowledgeable and generous with his time, and made me feel that my questions were important. It seemed to come very naturally to him. Please pass this along to him. He is a great asset to LCBO

Great location! Super close to my house, biking, walking and bus distance! They always have super helpful and friendly staff. And even if they don’t have what I need they tell me where to find it at another location. They also have a great selection of wine, beer, vodka soda’s, and much more. Can’t wait for my next visit there
