This stores disappoint me every time either they are out of stock what i want or they dont have person working in that department.

Today I purchased cookies which had a sign below stating they were on sale for 2.99. When I returned to the store a VERY rude customer service rep told me they weren’t on for that price. After someone checked and informed me that was the correct price at 3.99. A clever way to fool customers, signing below wrong product.….The kid at the customer service desk proceeded to tell me to read the signs. I said I would never come back. He then told me the refund would only be for a gift card. Not more than 45 minutes ago I paid cash and I had my receipt with me. A manager had to authorized the cash refund. Horrible experience and I won’t go back. They should take their customer facing employees on a road trip to Farm Boy to see how to properly deal with customers. I would be ashamed if he was my employee. 10/11/24

Don't normally shop here, but Loblaws stopped carrying the Pure Life Peach Iced Tea, and I can only find it at Metro now. One of the managers Ian was extremely helpful and nice. I could shop at any Metro, but I'd rather shop here where the staff obviously values their customers.

Wide choices. Not cheap. Usually good choice of products. Always look for and take advantage of specials. Excellent delli counter. Usually we'll stocked.
