I came here last week because I was looking to purchase my first watch under a budget. The sales associate was nice and showed me a bunch of watches, but the cheapest option they had was completely out of my budget (~$500). They don’t have anything around the $300 price range or under. The sales associate did tell me that if I were to ever get a watch, he would be able to adjust the links on my watch for free.I ended up walking away with nothing but with what I thought would be useful information. So when I came back a couple of days later with a watch, the lady that was working there rudely told me multiple times that they don’t do it for free and the link adjustment service is $16 + tax... I also had to wait 10 minutes because she was catering to customers that had thousands of dollars to drop on a watch.If I knew it was gonna cost money in the first place, I would’ve been fine with the service as they’re the experts, they’re the ones that can get it done quick, but it was the attitude and poor customer service from the lady that drove me away.I ended up leaving without my watch’s links being adjusted and instead I bought a link remover kit on Amazon for $11. Sure it’s a $5 difference, but over the long run if I wanted to adjust the links on more watches in the future, I’d be saving a lot more money than if I were to just give them a bunch of watches (it’s $16 per watch by the way.)Unless if you have money to throw around, save your money and TIME because they’ll treat you better than people who have a budget.

Drove all the way from Barrhaven to get my watch sized and the worker refused to do so because there wasn't another employee in the store.

Horrible serviceWould never go back there!Very rude personnelThey said they accept refund but when I went back to return the watch, they said they cannot refund and they can give me store credit only.Their watches are very overpricedI found the same watch for almost half the price in saint Laurent mall.

I've purchased two Tissot Seastars, a Mido GMT and 3 Hamilton Khaki Navy watches from Monaco Jewellers from both their Rideau Centre and Bayshore locations and found their staff to be knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Always a pleasant experience purchasing anything from this store. The staff are are very friendly and informative. They take the time (no pun intended) to educate you on the product and to make sure you're aware of what to do if anything were to happen to your watch. Definitely buying more watches from here.

Quoted me $550 to repair an older Radoceramic watch which I had repaired 13 months prior to dropping it off where a link broke off and now it broke again and the watch fell causing the bezel to break as wellSaid sorry it’s out of warranty by 1 month! Outrageous and terrible customer retention and poor serviceResponse: I waited a whole year for you guys to send it to Rado in Switzerland and you failed to contact me despite me updating my phone number with you and the initial watch repair wasn’t free, I paid $100 for 1 link which you refused to honour warranty for a month beyond the stated 1 year coverageI called you guys at the store multipleTimes to get a status update and you promised to call me back but never did and when I show up in store to inquire about the repair status nothing has been done and a hefty quote of $550 that is unreasonable is unwarranted for a watch that was less than $3000 brand newIt just baffles me how you wouldn’t even discount the repair estimate after I expressed my frustration and waited so long for it to be repaired
