I hired them to come to move 1 large statue. I sent a picture so they knew beforehand the scope of the job. They arrived tried to move it with an inadequate dolly. Dropped it, broke it then ran away.

Let me start by saying that this company has given us back 1 hour of the money for the move! Unfortunately this is the only good thing I can say about this company!
They sent 2 movers that seemed very unexperienced at the job, they took over 4 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, one of them was on his phone alot and was caught sitting in their truck with their feet up on the dash for 20 mins! Then charged us for 4and a half hours! We believe they either lost one of our captain bed drawers or broke it and never said a word and when I called yhe company they said they would get back to me and never did, I had to call them back and was told to send a picture of it by email, I did and again no call back about it. Now I have to pay for it to be replaced!! Needless to say I will not ever hire them again! Beware if you hire them and keep an eye on your movers as you are paying them by the hour!!
