Just called Old Navy Bayshore because a return I made Nov 19, 25 was not showing on my Mastercard. I was helped by Emily and she did an amazing job. She was very polite and explained everything to me. I really appreciate the time she took to help me. Thank you Emily!

No greeting or acknowledgement from cashier, not paying any attention. Wrong total at checkout. Transaction was cancelled. Couldn't produce a proper receipt. Manager assured me my card wouldn't be charged (my card was charged, and the balance owing was still posted, even after a week of waiting for it to come off). They tell me they can't refund me even though they admit the transaction was cancelled. Terrible service, and not worth the risk.

Careful here. This past weekend we went in and purchases $125.88 of children's clothes. The cashier did something wrong and couldn't figure out why she couldn't issue me a receipt. After waiting 10+ minutes and after her manager came out to help, they insisted the transaction never went through. I disputed this as I could see the pending charge on my card already. They promised me it would drop off. I got the impression neither of them were very confident in what they were doing. I declined to be charged again and left the merchandise there. They issued me a receipt that said cancelled transaction. Sure enough, a few days later the charge posted to my credit card. $125.88 charge and I have nothing to show for it. I have now had to begin a formal dispute through my credit card company. Never leave this place without a receipt!

Old Navy Bayshore is always full and chaotic. Long lines at the cash and staff interaction is zero. The prices are reasonable and if you are on a budget of have a large family to shop for then this is the place. It's not my style but the clothes are somewhat decent It is Old Navy so....you know!

I had such a good experience here today! All the workers and people were so nice! The clothes were size inclusive and cute while still being affordable. I need to shops here more.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I can always find something. I wish they had more jeans with actual pockets to keep change of keys in.

The worst old navy I have ever been to. Customer service is bad. It took 15 min for an associate to add the price to the item.
Need a better customer service at fitting room and less chatting.
