I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, didn’t communicate properly, and didn’t seem interested in listening or understanding my concerns. They really need better training on how to deal with customers respectfully and efficiently.

Poorly managed
I was fueling up my car and there is no sensor on the nozzle and fuel spilled over my car. I walked inside and there was about five people watching some game on TV and cannot get a hold of the right person

Staff need more training, trying to use a fuel saving card and the employee doesn’t know how to apply it.

I’ve been coming to this Petro-Canada & Car Wash location regularly, and it’s hands-down one of the best gas stations in the area.
First of all, the gas pumps are always clean and well-maintained, and there’s rarely a long wait, even during peak hours. The tap-to-pay system works smoothly, and the layout makes it easy to get in and out quickly — especially helpful when you’re in a rush.
The car wash is definitely a highlight. It’s modern, efficient, and does a great job cleaning the vehicle. I’ve used both the basic and premium wash options, and my car always comes out sparkling. The wash bay is spacious, and the process is quick, which I really appreciate during Ottawa winters when the salt and grime build up fast.
Inside the convenience store, you’ll find a great selection of snacks, drinks, and basic essentials. It’s always tidy and well-stocked. The coffee is fresh, and they even have a few grab-and-go food options that are surprisingly decent.
What really stands out, though, is the staff. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been friendly, polite, and helpful. Whether it’s giving change for the vacuum machines or just greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond for a gas station experience.
Overall, this Petro-Canada location is clean, efficient, and dependable — everything you’d want in a gas station and more. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and need to fuel up, wash your car, or just grab a quick snack!

I've used several petro car washes and this place is the worst by far. They are so cheap (my car was washed without soap). Like it didn't even bubble it was just water being used. Ownership needs to stop being so cheap.

The self-serve pump is a joke. It kept giving trouble even after following the instructions provided. The cashier was arrogant enough to blame us for the error caused by their machine, she even charged wrong gasoline amount that she had to cancel transaction.
A couple of years back, their car wash damaged my vehicle and I was just asked to go through my insurance and pay the deductible.
Never ever going back to Petro Canada for anything.

Carwash at this gas station is a joke. Whole process takes about one minute and my car was not cleaned at all. Do not use it.

Not enough soap and water. One of the worst in the city. Try any touch less, they are much better.

Horrible experience !!! My cards could not work on the drive through car wash. I called for assistance and an Indian lady answered after many calls and she said I had to back up and pay. I told her that were there were cars behind me
and she said did not respond. I had to leave my kids in the cars to go to go to the store to pay and I told her that she could have helped me or guided me and she said she only had two hand and was very defensive and not professional. I would not go there for the second time.

I have been using this gas station for years, worrying about the salt, I purchased the season pass, car wash, and used daily since December 2024, today I have only 6 car wash left, and my experience is awful my car Tacoma 2020 get scratches on both sides because the plastic bands at the end accumulated ice get heavy and don't open all the way, so when my truck passes through at this point it scratches my truck badly on both sides, I told the manager at this gas station and the answer was who think to wash your car on minus 15 degrees, so I end paying $100 for a person to polish it. The other bad experience was the fact that every day I wash my car, the front license plate fold so I have to turn it back manually in order to keep it legibly now is almost broken, so I fillup the form at this gas station for complaining and the manager call me and told me that in the camera shows the front license plate looks straight so I tell her I can go now to wash my car and you will see for your self how ends, she say is a ready broken so you may broke it some how before. If depends on this people to declare if the company respond for any damage happens to your car is a total waste of time, better from the beginning should say we won't be responsible for any damage on your car at the car wash. So now I paid $250 for the season pass, plus $100 polish and $58 license copy... not worth it, first and last time. Scratch picture is after been polished.

I had a frustrating experience at this car wash. It requires the car to be in Neutral, but that function wasn’t working correctly. As a result, my car got stuck in the middle of the wash, and the back wasn’t cleaned properly. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’m in utter shock. Let me just say giving one star was generous because I went to the car wash and when it didn’t let me pay, the woman wasn’t answering me when I pressed the button for assistance and when she did, she told me she doesn’t have enough hands to help me and to back up when there were literal cars behind me, when I said I needed actual assistance, she just hung up the phone. I came in the gas station to talk to her myself with kids in the car which I informed her of and she just told me to deal with it myself. I have never given a bad review, but this takes the cake.
