I had a parking spot with them for about a year and canceled it..then a few months later I decided I needed the spot again so I came in and ask to reactivate my contract.
Let me tell you.. I own a bussiness and it's my bussiness trailer I want to park..because it's a business trailer I have to prove to them that own the business and then they weren't happy I was paying with my wife's credit card wich I had been paying with In the past and was allready on file..I needed to prove we lived together and not only she had to be part of the business too
.I had to prove she was part of the bussiness too..ok so finally after several hoops to jump thru i have my spot ..months later my neighbour needs to use my spot that I'm not using so I call them ..no I'm not allowed to have any other vehicle then the one I registered and I cant register his .. I can sign up for a contractor spot that would give me more space but no I'm not allowed to share my contractor spot with someone else even if he registers with me ..don't bother with them they are very anti-business and the lady in charge has a very bad attitude. ?

We have been storing our RV for 2 years at Primo and found them to be a class operation. Very secure location, pleasant knowledgeable staff. No issues in 2 years. Good value.

I highly recommend this Primo Storage in Moodie Drive. I stored my things for almost 2 years in the Climatized building and I have no regrets! First, the staff are genuinely nice people who are helpful to what you need. They are accommodating and attentive. You can visit your storage room as early as 6am until 10pm. And drop your key at the gate when your contract ends. Thanks guys!

So grateful for the storage service & customer service of this business.My experience thus far has only high raves! I was in need of outside storage for my vehicle and Primo Storage met these needs and made my experience seamless with cordial, courtesy, and informative staff.Recently I was contacted about an issue that I had overlooked and they were very helpful and accommodating in helping me resolve it in the best possible way given my circumstances.It is comforting to know that they are monitoring and looking out for the best interests of their customers and that the services they provide genuinely reflects that.

Storage space was ok. Access was good but prices aren’t great. Reason for 2 stars is the guy told me when signing up they don’t enforce move out rules on residential boxes, that you just tell them when you empty your unit and the charges stop that day.Well what actually happened was I moved out 10 days into the month, and expected to be pro-rated for only that amount. Instead, they told me there is no exception to payment, just that you don’t have to “give notice”. And I said give notice or else what? Nothing. So I asked, then what is the advantage to residential customers if there is no actual difference in penalties for early move out? No difference. But because I was led to believe there was by the attendant verbally, I didn’t prioritize moving out before start of month…and now that has cost me $350 that I received no value for and definitely couldn’t afford.Person that heard my complaint (Tom) gave no sympathy and provided a stock response about their contract and where I had signed…. Ya…thanks Tom. Never coming back to this location.
