I was misinformed by the call centre about what information I needed. I was peeved enough that I was ready to pack it in and not change providers. Most of the information was at home, on my desktop.The representative, Ryan, Found alternate ways to find the information since I don't store much on my mobile. I not for him thinking a bit outside the box, I would have walked.

Ryan, the branch manager, provided us with wonderful service and remained committed to ensuring that we received thorough help and detailed explanations. He takes the appropriate amount of time with each customer and ensures that each question is answered. He is polite to all customers included those who are unhappy with the door policy and welcomes customer feedback. Although unrelated to the service provided by staff, while setting up my new phone in order to complete a trade-in, it took multiple hours for the update to load due to the store wifi being very slow. In the end, I switched to downloading and updating my new phone using data. This is the only reason I am giving a 4-star review rather than 5. I hope that in the future, they will have wifi that better meets the needs of those using it.

Posting on behalf of my mother.
My mother went into this store yesterday to have her data and phone number from her old phone transferred to her new phone that she got in the mail. The process was a little complicated as it was transferring data from a sim card phone to an esim card phone and she didn't want to bother me with it. When she called the company for support they said just go into any rogers store and they will help you.
The clerk was very rude and very clearly did not want to help her. He was also asking questions that were not relevant. My mother became overwhelmed and needed to leave. After hearing about the situation, I helped her with it and with the professionals knowledge it should have only taken about 20 minutes to complete. Very simple procedure.

This store and their evening employees do not even deserve one star I would give them zero star.
It was 8:40 the store was closed while the posted schedule on the door stated close at nine pm there was supposedly an employee who we hardly got his attention did not want let us get in store eventually he came to door and asked us look at the camera. we didn’t really mind doing so I asked him for a beginner plan for my grand son who was with me. He gives us wrong information. On top of everything the very toon of voice he was talking to us like if we were criminals.
I do not appreciate the way we were treated and I suggest whoever is in charge of this store to get his/her team retrained.

My husband and I were at Rogers last night and had Alaa service us. He was very patient with us, answered all our questions and set us up with our new phones in a very efficient manner. Couldn't have asked for any better service than what we got.
