Really kind and informative staff. They were quick to grab me what I asked for then left me alone while I tried them on which I love. And then when I couldn't decide between two they helped me out.

The lady who works here on Friday nights was super helpful. She looked at my old running shoes and checked my gait as I walked around the store to gauge what shoe models would be best for me. Most knowledgeable sales associate in a running store I've dealt with for awhile.

Running Room staff are great. Run Club meets every Wednesday at 6 p.m. all levels of runners and walkers are welcome.

Max is a gem at this location! VERY knowledgeable runners (all the employees), they carry gorgeous brands and they offer limited colors that are ?! Will never shop outside of this store for running shoes.

My mother and I came to this store looking for new shoes, and we left very satisfied with our two new pairs. The two sales associates, one older woman and one older gentleman were extremely knowledgeable about the shoes and attentive to what we were looking for and what would best fit us. We never felt pressured to buy, and if a shoe did not work, they would grab another potential pair from the backroom. We will definitely be coming back the next time we need a new pair of shoes or any other athletic gear.

John is amazing. Took his time, explained everything amazingly, and was not pushy at all. In fact he kept making me try other shoes to make sure I found something that was right. His knowledge on the topic was impressive. He performed a gait assessment and measured the arch of my foot before recommending a shoe for me.
Bonus points for being a fellow mariner. Cheers!

My mom and I came in tried one pair and the worker went straight to helping someone else never ask if we wanted to try another pair horrible service. We should have waited for the older gentlemen. Never going there again very disappointing.

Nice store. Guy was busy with couple. After some time a woman comes out from cleaning a dressing room… sees us and immediately asks if we have been served. Gets shoes for me to try and 200 bucks later we are leaving whilst couple is still deciding. Great product & staff.

I hadnt bought new shoes in many years and was due. Staff did an amazing job of showing a number of different options and sizes, adjusted recommendations based on my feedback and probably had me try on about 6 different pairs of shoes. On top of that, the store was packed and they masterfully balanced multiple customers at once. Ended up with a perfect fitting shoe within my price range. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone buying new running shoes on the future.
