  Fuel pumps are alright, but the lady in the store is super rude.
  
  I am over 40(not one of those guys that look younger than they are, I look at least 45) yet she refused sell me cigarettes unless I furnish a physical form of ID.
  
  And this one time, my wife's car's tire blow away in front of the gas station so she parked it there. I got to the location in 10 minutes to replace the tire. But by then, the lady had already called the cops and reported my car was abandoned there.

  The Tire Inflator is a SCAM.
  Paid $2.50 to fill up my tire but the second I connect the nozzle, it lets the same amount of air out of the tire. I ended up having less air in the tire then I started with.
  I asked for a refund but the guy working there didn’t understand me, and said I have to wait two days.

  Dear franchisee, I checked your official website and it confirmed the station closed tonight (Oct 06 2025 at 10:59pm.) I pulled in at 10:40pm to see next days price of 132.9 showing with the pumps appearing closed. I drove to the Woodroofe Shell and filled up there at 10:50pm without issues.
  
  I understand if tonight was a one off to close early, but perhaps Shell can program those meters to pay only at the pump mode to deal with this going forward.

  When I show up to fill my truck, a majority of the time the pump pay system doesn’t work. I’ll fill my truck elsewhere. This locations pumps seriously needs an upgrade. The service is ALWAYS amazing. The 1 star is 100% about the relics you have.

  They have their own rule that they don’t sell beer/ alcohol after 10pm. In Ontario, beer can be sold in retail stores, Gas stations from 7 AM to 11 PM. A girl just refused me saying we don’t sell beer after 10pm🤷🏻‍♂️

  Today on July 18 , 2025 at 1:10 PM , I visited this gas station first time and their staff , their service and their store and the most important things that other gas station don’t focus on their wash room was so clean and smell like rose . I would recommend everyone one should see their services and the store . THANK YOU

  The costumer service was very great and the most important part that other gas stations don’t have their washroom was very clean , i had gone today on july 18 2025 , at 1:10PM , i loved what it have and other gas stations too should have this kind of cleaniliness . Thank you

  I shouldn't be writing this but I've to. I was denied entry because my shoes were dirty. I work in construction. It is a very normal thing. Just to save few minutes on mopping the floor. The cashier told me not to enter the store and make payment through the window. Avoid this place as much as you can.

  I was looking for ethanol free gas for the snow blower. I understand Shell 93 is one of the few that is. This is my closest Shell station. Before going, I read some of the BAD REVIEWS, yet I wondered how bad can it be?
  
  FIRST THING: the internet said $1.77 for 93 gas. When I got there it was $1.86. I nearly drove away, but, since it was only 10 lt., I decided not to bother finding a better price.
  
  SECOND THING: the pump said it took 11.965 lt. to fill my 10 lt. gas container. I know I over filled it, but it can not possibly hold 2 extra liters.
  
  THIRD THING: I had to go inside to get the receipt. (Luckily it said a marginally smaller 11.859lt.)
  
  CONCLUSION: When I got home I poured out the over-fill gas. It took 0.95 lt., to bring the gas level back to the 10 lt. mark on the gas container. As best as I could measure, and assuming the 10 lt. plastic gas jug is correct, THE PUMP OVER-CHARGED 0.909 lt. on a 10.950 lt. fill-up. THIS IS AN 8.3% OVER-CHARGE. Lucky that I learned this by filling a gas can. If I had filled my car, I would have had no idea. Just think, 8.3% over-charge on an average 55 lt. fill-up really is significant.

  Hi Shell, could you please ensure your staff are trained on how to redeem Air Miles points for gas? I’ve visited six Shell stations, and this location is the only one where an employee knew how to do it. Unfortunately, it seems only one employee at this station is familiar with the process, and today he wasn’t available. The female employee on duty didn’t know how to assist and asked me to come back.

  The guy at the cash stop in the middle of a transaction to look at personal phone, scroll down read text, then finish transaction. Why are people working in this establishment allowed to even have their phones while working. Been in here before.They're talking to people on the phone in their native tongue.Not even paying attention to the customer at the cash. Unbelievable. Customer service is uniexistence in this country anymore. The funny part is how insignificant this review will be treated when once upon a time.Reviews meant something not anymore.

  Avoid this station. The card readers at the pumps are constantly broken. You lose your Airmiles, and cannot take advantage of the CAA 3 cent fuel discount.
  
  Drinks are overpriced and rarely on special. $3.49 for a small coke bottle is ridiculous.

  I didn't come here to get gas, I only came here to pick up some chips for a snack.
  
  The service was good, the only reason why I give it 4 stars is because all the prices are so high. A bag of Takis cost me 7 bucks man, 7 BUCKS!!
  
  The Takis were good though, I highly recommend them. The other things in the store were also pretty expensive but overall, it was nice.

  Everytime I go in to this place the staff is aways great, the biggest priblem I when pop Dr Pepper under the pepsi brand banner 2 for 5.50 but never scans the sales price again today the gentleman refuse to sell me them for that price, under to code of conduct set out by government of canada ñif a product scans wrong anf under 10 bucks it is free if it is over 10 you give me up to 10 bucks off.
