Melanie was an amazing sales associate....she took care of us from the time we entered the showroom until after the delivery was complete. She was attentive but not pushy and listened to everything we asked for. Highly recommend buying from her; thank you Melanie!
Also to note, the delivery team of Chris & Tyler were fantastic. Upon arrival they were unable to get the sectional through our front door due to the large boxed corner of the sofa, so they quickly pivoted and came through our garage inside door instead; voila success!! 😉. They were contentious, clean and respectful.......it was a very nice experience having them in our home.

I love my sofa! Amanda was super knowledgeable and helped me pick a sofa I could get into my basement which was my worry. The gentlemen Chris and Tyler move in my sofa to my basement with such ease. They definitely are professionals at their job. Polite and didn't leave a mess. Really great experience.

We had a great experience selecting a sofa for our new apartment with the help of Amanda. She is really knowledgeable and was fantastic! She helped my partner and I select a couch that fit our needs and budget. When we were afraid it wouldn’t fit in our entrance, she took her time to go over the space with us. The delivery team was also great, super quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend sofa world and though I don’t need it, would buy another couch with Amanda’s help

We had talked about upgrading to a sectional for months and walked into Sofa World just to have a look around as we had no idea what we wanted. We were so impressed by the prices, quality, and selection that we came back a few days later to buy! Rima was so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease and in excellent hands as we made this purchase. Now looking forward to enjoying our new sectional!! Amanda was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate sofa for the space we had. She showed us various options and allowed us time to discuss before making our final decision. As a result of her recommendations we are very happy with the new sofa.
We would also like to commend Chris and his team from the prompt and professional delivery of our purchase. He took the time to explain the various functionalities of each piece.

Very disappointed with this Company and there products. I purchased a Palliser sectional in 2019 for about $7,000 and within 3 years it began to start tearing. Now, after about 5 years, the couch material is extremely worn out in many different area's. I inquired to get it fixed and the service team quoted me $3,000 plus tax. In addition, the material is no longer available so the dye would not even match! I certainly would not recommend anyone shopping here. Don't waste your money on products which will barely last a couple year's.

The chair is amazing, the quality and price are better than I expected to get something so unique and customized. Made in Canada and so durable. Had a great experience with Sofa World. The sales associates weren’t pushy and were very helpful. They have lots of custom options to choose size, style, fabric, etc. Our sales associate Rima was extra helpful choosing a fabric that would protect best against our cat’s claws. The delivery guys were also awesome! Very efficient and professional. Our cat approves.

We had a great experience with sofa world from the moment we stepped in the store to delivery of our new sectional. Amanda was our sales rep and she was incredibly helpful while also allowing us to browse the showroom without feeling like we were being followed or pressured, (which was our experience at most other stores). The delivery team was awesome, making accommodations to fit the large boxes through small entries into our home while taking great care not to damage anything. 10/10 service!

We visited Sofa World just after purchasing our new home. We were nervous about the furniture buying process, but the fantastic sales associate Amanda made it easy and even enjoyable. She was very patient and friendly throughout the whole time we were there, which ended up being a couple of hours. She gave us time to talk amongst ourselves but also offered helpful insight and suggestions. She even moved different furniture items around the store so we could try out various combinations. In the end she helped us to choose 5 different pieces, and she was very thorough in explaining return policies/delivery/protection plans and warranty. The help didn’t end when we left the store! She gave us her business card and reached out to us to see that we had everything we needed.
The delivery process was extremely smooth and easy. Amanda set up the delivery time for us, and the delivery people called us the day before to confirm the delivery and also let us know when they were 15 minutes out. They were very courteous and polite, and even asked about putting felt pads under the furniture for us. We found that paying extra for delivery was absolutely worth it given that we could have the items arrive together and pay one fee.
We did end up having some concerns about one of the furniture items we purchased (bed frame), but when we reached out to Amanda she responded right away (outside of work hours). She set up a service request, which she noted was available for 48 hours after our items were delivered, in case of any issues. We did have to wait about a week to see a service person, and then there was some more waiting for a follow up. This was the one item we didn’t see in person before buying as it had to be ordered in, which took a few weeks. If we’d been able to, we would have liked to see the bed frame in person first, as this may have impacted our decision to purchase. Otherwise, we had no complaints. We feel reassured with the protection plan in place that we don’t have to worry about any accidents that happen with the furniture while it’s new. The fact that all pieces were covered under one price made this a no brainer for us as well.
We’d definitely visit Sofa World again if we needed furniture - many thanks to Amanda for her help!
