I've ordered online 5 times now, and these guys have gone above and beyond my expected customer service level! My orders ship and arrive very quickly. I receive hand-written thank you notes for my business in every package, stickers, and complimentary band-aid too! Glass NEVER arrives broken due to their diligence in exceptional packing! I've NEVER been shorted on an order because of stock discrepancy. I have received a larger piece than ordered due to stock discrepancy. Like I said, exceptional business to deal with!

Friendly staff. Glass samples line the walls, separated by brand/manufacturer and color. Unfortunately you can't expect to find all in the shop. Perhaps updating the sample selection to reflect what is normally in stock and remove discontinued ones?
Updated: they recently began pricing each piece individually which is extremely helpful!
They will help you find what you need and answer your questions happily so be ready for a very positive interaction.

My only wish is there was another one in the east end of the city, but it's not a long drive on the weekend.

Ryan's repair work on an heirloom window, approximately 100 years old, was simply outstanding. Very reasonable price, very reasonable repair timeline.

Response to owner:
Blaming the customer for the review does not show that you have great customer service but it demonstrates the opposite. Instead to trying to speak to me you blame me saying it's the customers fault not ours.
As for the request for a discount, your staff member has not told the truth. I had asked her how many boxes I would have to order to receive a discount, she told me to send that question to the store in an email. So she understood that was for a future order.
I called your store for help with a product and when I was treated poorly I reported it as such. I find it disappointing that even though you claim to have great customer service you're angry that I posted a negative review even though that's how I was treated. There are poor reviews that say the same as mine. That's your customers trying to tell you something.

I took a class here to start my stained glass adventure and I highly recommend it. My teacher was Aly and she was wonderful, patient and inspiring. Since my first time in the store, it has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent, the glass is beyond beautiful. I’m comfortable asking all my beginner questions to these professionals working here. If you’re thinking about starting stained glass or shopping for some or fused glass, tools, grinders.. all sorts of shiny things.. I’m still learning… this is definitely the spot, this is the place where your glass dreams can be made real. Thank you!!

Can be tough to find everything I want/need in my area and they have an excellent selection in the online store. Pricing is very fair and for those ordering online, the packing is very meticulous and sturdy so that everything arrives intact, well worth the cost of shipping. I will definitely purchase from this shop again.

I love this store, I have taken a few courses here so far and have loved every minute of it. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I will definitely be taking more courses to continue my stained glass hobby.
