“This is hands down the best build a bear I've been to, the crew here is super kind, patient and fun. I am so glad we celebrated my daughter's birthday here. Everyone went out of their way to make it a nice time. It's hard to find fun spaces with kind humans these days, it was a relief to be around folks that were actually...happy! This is a great group, very clean store, lots to see and choose from. This team makes the store, if you're an adult looking to make a friend, or an adult dragged along for a little person, you're going to have a great time here.
Update! We came back again for another birthday trip and the same staff were there, just as patient, helpful and excited to be there. That's amazing, and we are so thrilled we got to have just as special of a trip there.”
“I didn't know what game I wanted to buy for my partner, but Hunter did an incredible job of describing a bunch of games to me in depth. I ended up getting Wingspan, and we've played it 4 times in the past 2 days.
The store is immaculate and has every game you can imagine, all at great prices.
Buying board games can be intimidating, but when you have enthusiastic and knowledgable folks like Hunter helping, it's a breeze. Will definitely be going back.”
“OK so the place is kinda run down on the outside and it was very strangely empty when we were there but there is still a good selection. The interior of the store is still clean well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful”

“I loved these guys in their old Barrhaven location, but this new location is even better - tons of space and a nice relaxed feel.
Stock covers a fairly broad range but still in good depth, across collectible toys, cards, model kits (mostly sci-fi), board games and probably more that I forgot. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and regular events are warm and welcoming. Love this place!”
