“This is hands down the best build a bear I've been to, the crew here is super kind, patient and fun. I am so glad we celebrated my daughter's birthday here. Everyone went out of their way to make it a nice time. It's hard to find fun spaces with kind humans these days, it was a relief to be around folks that were actually...happy! This is a great group, very clean store, lots to see and choose from. This team makes the store, if you're an adult looking to make a friend, or an adult dragged along for a little person, you're going to have a great time here.
Update! We came back again for another birthday trip and the same staff were there, just as patient, helpful and excited to be there. That's amazing, and we are so thrilled we got to have just as special of a trip there.”
“I didn't know what game I wanted to buy for my partner, but Hunter did an incredible job of describing a bunch of games to me in depth. I ended up getting Wingspan, and we've played it 4 times in the past 2 days.
The store is immaculate and has every game you can imagine, all at great prices.

“Absolutely amazing company! I just received my package today (Thursday) and ordered from western GTA on Monday! I had some trouble ordering at first, but the guy on the phone was super helpful! He helped me with a few things actually and now I wish I got his name. My order arrived with everything I asked for, and they were able to make my order extra special! Given my order was an older product, they had some extra stock for me and that definitely has made my day! So thank you guys!
