Went to get my Pixel 8 screen repaired under warranty. Got great service from Dave and only took 20 minute's for phone to be fixed. Will definitely come back to get stuff fixed

I had my phone repaired about one year ago, and Dave helped me and very nicely. I have recently returned as there was a seemingly same problem, not charging. Dave has also helped very kindly. But the cell didn't start up or had a completely black screen. This time, Sri and Manu have been very professional and solved the issue for me, to my full satisfaction! Good job Sri, for the leadership, and good job Manu for the professional fix! I wish you all the best. Dave, please get better with a quick recovery. Thanks.

Sent my laptop in to be fixed, waited came back "fixed". 2 months later same problem. It came back once saying fixed they got it and it wasn't so sent back in, it comes back again "fixed" I factory restart to put in my account info does it again. Been waiting almost 2 and a half months to get my laptop back. The majority of the time I have to spend my gas to come in and get an update as they say will call but don't really. Was supposed to get a call on Aug 19 if they fixed my laptop or if they were sending it back broken with full refund for fix never got a call. I called twice but both times was hung up on. I went in today Aug 20 and still no news. Bring your stuff here for fixing if you want to deal with incompetence.

Needed the main camera on my Galaxy S22 replaced. Once they ordered in the part, the actual repair only took about an hour. Happy with the service from everyone I interacted with.

Went there after bestbuy said it would be 2.5 weeks for a simple repair it took them a day to fix my iPad and covered it under there warranty so it cost me nothing. They were polite knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly im glad I took the time to go there after talking to bestbuy I’ll never go to Best Buy again. They were polite and fast at this mobile klinik because they listen to you instead of seeming disinterested like Best Buy reps

I've got little to no knowledge about iPhones and caring for them, so when I came in today and asked if they could help with my iPhone XR's charging port failing to work, the man at the front smiled, took my phone and said they could just clean it out for me. After asking how much it was, they said they'd do it for free!
5 Minutes later, about 6 years of dust and gunk is suddenly gone from my phone's ports, and everything's working just like new again.
