I went today to make a small purchase the cash attendant asked if I wanted to donate to a woman’s fund and I choose not too, after he gave me my amount owed he asked again if I wanted to round off my balance to go towards this fund , I already said no and I felt intimidated and was not impressed.

We were denied access to the change rooms 20 min before closing. No reason given. Worker was pretty rude, and seemed like she was closing things up and didn't want to reopen the change room area.

Professionalism and customer service is lacking at this place, on top of it this location has really gone down the drain.. use to be decent but now very limited selection on items. Honestly Stittsville and even bayshore location have better selections and better customer service.
