The cashiers are kind people but the one who tidies clothes ( Grey hair middle age lady) is very disagreeable. She should work in a warehouse with items only and not with people.

Associate 1043 named Hanna was extremely rude. I was very nice to her during the transaction and she was straight faced and barely responding to me. When I told her to take care she gave me a dead stare… really uncomfortable and rude experience…

It's been years now, and the store seems to have taken no action to invest in plumbing consultants to find the source of its sewage stink. How can they just accept it?

Always stinks like sewer. I come here every so often because the location is convenient but there is always a smell like dirty toilet water. Walked in today wanting to shop and walked right out because the smell was so bad. I don’t know how anyone can shop or let alone have to work all day in a store that smells absolutely awful.

This location has started the strange practice of announcing that the price on the sticker isn't the actual price once you show up at the cash register. The last two times I've been this month, when bringing my purchase to the cash, the cashier looked at a price tag of something I was buying and told me the tag didn't match the product. Today I wanted to buy a board game that said $11. When I brought it to the cashier upped the price to 16.99, which she penned-in by hand on the price sticker and asked me if I still wanted to buy it. Well I bought it at the new higher price.Cashiers have questioned the price tag on an item I was buying both times I've been in this month. Does the advertised price not mean anything here? Do I have to haggle or be surprised every time I want to make a purchase at Winners? Is this even legal?
