Fantastic store. I went to many different Winners’ branches, but this store has one of the largest selections of luggage and bags. Awesome prices as always. I have to admit that I am a big fan of Marshalls, Winners and Home Sense so I am probably biased. Totally worth the trip down to Merivale road on a weekend.

Most of the time I visited this store, I get harassed by their staff and they set the door alarm when I leave the store. Very rude and disrespectful.

For the love of God, put products that people like to open to “test” (eg: FENTY and Nars) in the clear boxes!!!! Not buying makeup there anymore because they are more often than not opened/ used.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the jewelry section of Marival Winners in Ottawa. The saleswoman, an older lady around 60, behaved in a very rude, unprofessional, and irritated manner. This is the second time I’ve encountered her, and each time I leave feeling regretful for even asking a question or trying to buy something. Her attitude is harsh, unfriendly, and resembles the bitterness and arrogance of a strict prison guard rather than a customer service worker. Absolutely disappointing.
