Reduced hours week days and not being open on the weekends makes it difficult for working individuals when they have problems that require assistance. This is extremely unfair to those members.

I have been with the Credit Union for over 30 years, the service I get is amazing! -, fast, friendly and very detailed. I even had a staff drop off documents at my home, now that is going over the call of duty. They also very community oriented always willing to help out with Youth events when I have appoached them. Even during the pandemic, if you had any questions, they would be there for you.... Thank you to all the members of Your Credit Union...:)

I have been with them for 4 years and have always found them to be professional and friendly. The staffing is consistent and they have gone out of their way to know who I am, because of this they have solved a number of issues to make my life easier and also followed up to make sure that I was 100%. They have cared.

I couldn't disagree more with the other reviewers. I have always found the staff friendly and professional. I always wondered why they chose the Centrepoint location: close to -- absolutely nothing. Merivale is much more convenient. And free coffee also -- what's not to like?

Annoying location...Annoying hours...the only good thing is getting a haircut next door while waiting for them to open.
