These people ( Shaun )do not take care of their customers, I would not go here if you can help it. So many issue's with just getting quotes to the finish line Nov 4th 2024 and still not done to this day and then to get the job done wait wait wait . Frustrating! Wont answer the phone text or emails, and then the owner Brian will not even call when you leave a message . If i could take the star away, I would! As of April 2025
I have now bumped my my stars up! Denis has come forward and made it right with us! We now have a working forklift and it charges so far correctly as far as I can see. Thanks Denis

We have been using integra lift for five years now for service on our forklifts. The response time is excellent. Customer service has always been great. I cannot think of a time when I have had any customer service issues with them. Also the tech Tyler they send out is phenomenal. It’s hard to find an individual that loves his job and puts his heart and soul into his work like this guy. He truly cares about the customer and the quality of his work.I would recommend Integra Lift to anyone.
