Fast speedy service, I noticed a leak that looked like engine coolant. They got me booked the next day, provided a ride home and once the part arrives, it should be all fixed later today...Let you know how that goes...Oh yeah, and check out the sweet ride in the showroom... a little disappointed I couldn't take it for a test drive... ?

Spent 70000 on a truck and they sold me a 3995 suv as a second purchase..Good day to be a salesman. It .wasn't even road worthy and my wife drove it 30kms to the shop to be safetied if anything would have happened to her...I am beyond pissed off...Socia media is going to do its thing crooks !!!

I recently picked up my new Buick Encore at JOhn Bear’s in New Hamburg. I am an elderly lady and I cannot express how graciously and respectfully I was treated. The three employees I dealt with were HOLLY CRESSMAN, PAUL RODRIGUEZ and ANTHONY COSLEY. I would certainly give these people the highest rating possible.I have dealt with this dealership for several years and do highly recommend them. My first google review! We drove into John Bear when passing on the way home from test driving 4 vehicles at 2 other dealerships elsewhere. We were greeted warmly by Louis who offered his help with a vehicle we saw on the lot. Throughout my decision making process he was a delight to deal with. He is personable, professional, helpful and politely persistent, (whilst I test drove vehicles elsewhere). The BUICK is now sitting in my driveway and I am very happy with my decision. A big thank you to 'Lou', Paul (who helped us with payment & warranty) and the detailing guy, who presented it 'like new' for my pick up date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services and JOHN BEAR New Hamburg.

Just drove in while on a road trip to have a look at the used inventory. Anthony came out and welcomed us right away. He was polite and straightforward. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Mid December I brought my car for the oil change and to check a brake assist service error message coming on from time to time. Just to check the error message - $180. I was also suggested to do a health check for the entire car. I opted just to do a brake as a part of an important safety feature. As a result, to their investigations, I was told that my rear brakes have to be changed (both rotors and pads) and my battery needs to be replaced too. On top of it I was told that 9 of my wheel nuts are "swollen" and needs to be replaced. I declined the battery replacement ($600 plus) and any of the brake work because it should have been still under warranty from the last total brake overhaul. In the end, the total bill was over $600 (oil change, error investigation and 9-wheel nuts). Then I went to the dealer I bought my car from (Cambridge) and asked for the brake and battery assessment. Both, brakes and battery were considered to be fine. No work needed ($68). I sent a complaint letter to the John Bear manager but no response. I find this kind of service highly dishonest and unfair. This was my last time I brought my vehicle to this dealership.Andre Bartczak, New Hamburg.

Joshua Hewitt is remarkable.Easy, pleasant, understanding. He knows his vehicles, he provides excellent customers. He truly takes care of his customers. I wasn't even planning on buying another vehicle but I trusted the process and trustedJosh and not only did he give me options, made sure I was happy with it. Bye bye small car and hello hello SUV! Shout out to Josh for making this happened! My first brand new ever owned first time suv owner! Highly recommend seeing Josh and the fianance manager paul. He smoothed out the process and was very open and honesty and pleasant. Great team they have. Definitely reccomend seeing Josh for your needs at john bear!

Just bought new corvette and Carl and everyone at John Bear did a great job for the sale. Still need to pick it up but I am sure all will be great.I picked up the car and unfortunately the pre delivery inspections was not done properly. There was a paint defect in the car and given the I paid for the ceramic coating on the car I would have thought that this really should have been caught before it was delivered. They had to fix some damage to the bottom of the car that took almost a month. Then the issue is now 3 months old and I had the car wrapped as I did not want to get stone chips on the car and they were not able to fix this till now. I mentioned to them that they need to reapply not only the ceramic coating that they did but as well the paint protection film and they are now trying to say that they would not do this. How ridiculous is this dealership. This has now been the worst experience buying a car.
