I bought $1000 dollars in gift cards for shell fuel at this location. They didn’t work when we tried using them. We have contacted the location who told us to contact a 3rd party gift card company. Nobody has gotten back to us or dealt with this issue. They don’t care. So after 2 months I’m still out $1000 dollars without anything to show for it. Horrible customer service.

Bad experience at this gas station.My acces to washroom was denied by gas station personnel.They said they don't mind if i urinate on the side of the building but not in the washroom. So disgusting. I never gonebuy gas at that particular Shell

Very rude lady ,no hello no hi not even look at the customer when I enter . ,no response even I say hello .My friend ask if she can use washroom then she give attitude and ask pump no..Come on lady this is hwy location 99% people stops at gas station who fill gas who else will walk into your place .This is repeated thing and I will never stop at this gas station again
