The young guy, Caucasian descent, who was working at this location, last October 7th at around 6:30pm, was a true customer service advocate. I forgot to ask his name but he’s so professional and helpful. It feels like a real Canadian customer service that’s friendly, pleasant and respectful. When customer service nowadays seems to be non existent, this employee is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for helping me out with my return items!

I regularly have issues with this location refusing returns. When I go to other locations with the same items I don’t have issues.

I just wanted to say thank you once again to Helia, who assisted me as a cashier at the AE Upper Canada Mall branch. She is such a kind and caring lady who helped me based on my needs and gladly accepted my return and issued a refund. This was one of the best experiences I've had with AE. Thank you again—definitely recommend!

This is specifically for the Upper Canada Mall location - I went in on January 2nd 2024, and I needed to do an online order in-store and Hunter was so wonderful and helped me out so much -he was just so kind and easy to work with- when presented with the issues I was facing, he was quick to find a solution and helped me out. At the end of my visit, he was so easy to talk to that I held the line up and the manager/other worker called him out on it, but Hunter was very kind and I left feeling a little bad that his manager called him out in front of the people waiting in line. I give Hunter an 11/10 due to his help and customer service... the manager/other worker however, I was not a fan of, so I'm giving one less star for her, but still a 5/5 because of how great Hunter was :)

AE is quite a large, clean store. Good selection of clothing. I was disappointed with their men's underwear. They didn't have any 4.5 inch inseam underwear, just 6 inch. I was told I could order them on their site. Shouldn't have to order online when they have a store to shop at. You would think they could carry both sizes! The staff was very friendly.

On line experience was good. Shipping company they use called TForce is horrific. After a false claim by the driver that he could not access my property due to a security gate (we have none) and 5 emails and several phone calls to "TForce", to explain the WRONG address, they have yet to respond. I keep getting a canned response saying the driver attempted but you gate code is not valid??? There is no gate. American Eagle, please consider dumping this "TForce" courier, They are incompetent and will hurt your brand if others ever need to reach out on a delivery status. It's unfortunate, as my family loves your brand, but cannot trust buying from you one line ever again.
