“I went in looking for a straight stitch semi industrial sewing machine about a month ago. Had been looking online for a while and wasn't having too much luck. I found this company and called to see if they had the Brother PQ1600 available to see and test. Michalea (sorry if I spelled wrong) who answered the phone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Wanted to make sure someone was available to assist when I dropped in.
It's a small shop but buzzing with activity with people coming in for classes and general shopping and repair questions. Jaret who helped me test out the machine took his time to show me the features. I was impressed from start to finish at the level of customer service! I purchased the sewing machine after testing it. The only knock against That Sewing Place is that there's only one location! ? Wishing the company continued success and hope to shop there again.”
