Worst BMO branch ever
Booked appointments to review my investment and the advisors were not there. If you can't make it you have to let customer know and this happened twice with this branch.

Terrible customer service by Maria.Talked to me and looked at me like I was a criminal. How she’s still employed there is beyond me. I left halfway though my business deposits as she was abrasive and rude. I made a mistake using this branch near my house. I will only use the stouffville branch for all of my business needs moving forward.

The branch manager does not have any respect, talking to me like I am a piece of $&€% while im trying to seek help with the branch. I have opened my checking account in May and since then have experienced so many problems with them that im thinking of closing down my account and switching the bank for good.

Had horrible customer service by Maria at this branch twice. After more than a decade of banking with BMO I will not step foot in this branch again! Felt like I was treated this way because she didn't think I looked professional enough. .. absolutely infuriating!

You would be hard pressed to find a BMO branch that suffers from worse customer service than this location. Having now had multiple, negative, experiences here, I will travel further from home for any in-person banking needs. The branch is, unfortunately, understaffed and the branch manager seems content to allow lines out the door. This branch is not a reflection of the customer service you come to expect as a BMO customer.

Daryl White, CEO of BMO, makes $13M annually. Does he know the garbage pile at this branch? I highly doubt he gives a sweet petunia. Unfortunately one of the worst run BMOs in York Region. Constant turnover of staff. Moved/sold their heritage Main St branch which is now a successful bike store. Absolutely zero vision BMO has. Zero.

Just a brutal experience with BMO. They would be completely embarrassed of the entire experience with them if I shared all the details. Their customer service has gone completely downhill and seems to be getting much worse recently.

Danielle was the person who helped with setting up my account. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I had no problems or issues when walking out. Great job.

On 19 November, I was supposed to open a business account at 12 pm, but I was 25 minutes late. Due to your lateness, the business advisor told me I did not have enough time to open an account for you. Even though I was late, it was my fault, what really disappointed me was that he still had 30 minutes until the next appointment. He treated me very disrespectfully by sending me out so quickly.For a business owner, this act is unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. My manager Robert Zhang and his assistant both were great. I’m a newcomer in Canada and I opened an account. It takes a little bit more time than I was expecting but everything was done correctly. Thanks
