Hello , I really need to mention about poor customer service @ upper Canada mall’s sales representative. Her name is Faith(spelling may wrong). She put the wrong size of shoes and I found it when I arrived at home. (One way >20min. Drive from the mall) I needed to come back She did not say sorry at all. Also I already applied cushion on the bottom of the wrong size of shoes and I do not want to take it off and re-applied to my right size of shoes because the adhesiveness and asked the new one because all these happened due to her mistake. She declined and her attitude very rough and finally she throw the new one toward me. The company really need customer service education. That’s all.

I recently been at this location and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The customer service was abysmal. The staff's rude tone of voice and dismissive attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
To make matters worse, the management seemed completely unresponsive to customer concerns. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve their service. Until then, I won't be returning and would advise others to think twice before shopping here.

I recently visited this location and, unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The salesperson I interacted with was quite rude and seemed more interested in getting rid of customers than assisting them. Based on this encounter, I am hesitant to return to this location in the future.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the customer service and management at this store. The staff members were unhelpful, rude, and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. Additionally, it was evident that the management was not effectively addressing the issues at hand, as the poor customer service persisted throughout my visit.
Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I believe that better training and oversight of the staff by management, or even new management , could greatly improve the customer experience at the store. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to provide better service in the future.

I recently had a terrible terrible experience with the customer service at call it spring in Upper Canada mall. The sales person, her name was Faith, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She threw the shoebox on the floor instead of handed to me and seemed completely uninterested in helping me resolve my issue.
Not only was the customer service lacking, but the overall level of professionalism was severely lacking. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect shown to me as a customer as well as among the staff themselves. Faith was extremely rude and unprofessional and constantly yelled at her colleague Who seems she was just on the training.
I will not be there again and will be sure to spread the word about the poor customer service and professionalism I experienced. It is unacceptable for a company to let their staff to treat their customers and Colleague in such a disrespectful manner.

Literally my favourite store not only because of the prices and products but also the staff!! The lovely Alexa helped us and she was so patient, sweet and funny! Absolutely give this store a visit whenever ur at the mall u will not disappointed.

I had a terrible experience here. I went in the other day and had yet to be helped, then I overheard the "manager" Jestina getting angry at one of her employees that seemed flustered and busy. There is no professionalism in this store. There was cashier that refused to help me because she was standing there, however I was the only customer in the store. I don't think the management treats their employees well due to the conversations I heard as I was waiting to get helped. If I were you, I would go to the eaton centre location.

The women working alone the night of Sunday October 15th around 630pm made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. I've been shopping at Call it Spring for YEARS and consistently wear a size 9. I bought a pair of loafers and the size 9 was too small so I exchanged for a 10 which ended up being to big. I came to exchange again since I had some time to try them on in store. I asked the associate if she knew if any of them fit on the larger size and she gave me attitude and told me ahe didnt know. Fine. I asked for some sizes in a couple different shoes and her aggressive body language when taking the shoes back on the counter when they didn't work for me was off-putting. She also ignored every thankyou I gave to her before dissapearing off the sales floor. I took my shoes and walked out. I'll be visiting the barrie location.

I was attending a wedding in New Market and really needed to find shoes. I didn't have any luck at the other shoe stores in the Upper Canada Mall We were on our way out of the mall at closing, when we came across Call it Spring. The staff allowed me to pop in even though they were closing up. They were both welcoming, polite and so very helpful. They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes to wear for the wedding. Their excellent customer service and kindness can't be matched! I'm sorry I don't have their names but, this was the evening of Friday August 4th. Thanks again for your help and patience!!

My mom came in today after an amazing experience in the store yesterday just to be completely ignored and treated with disrespect by Gabriella. There were only 3 people in the store, my mom, grandma, and a male customer. She refused to acknowledge my family and only focused on the white customer before them. Her ignorant attitude left a bad impression, since Gabriella ignored them even when the white man didn't need anymore assistance. She stood in front of him while he tried on the shoes and decided if he wanted to keep them, despite my family being there and also needing help. She was ignorant and cold.
