On Saturday going into Costco aske the man checking for Costco cards I ask if I could ask him a question His reply was No sir you may not . i could not believe his response.Rude and he should be ashamed of himself

The actual mechanics are generally. However, most of the administration staff are just not polite nor considerate. Two reasons why I bought 4 sets of tires from Costco for all our vehicles: 1) Free balancing... But when I need to balance them I have to drive to Costco to get an appointment because the online system is never properly working and the phone is never picked up. When I do get there the earliest appointment is like a month away. What's the point of "Free balancing" when I can't get them balanced within a reasonable amount of time? 2) Warranty but when I had to use it/check why a tire installed at Costco was losing pressure I was told to wait a week for an appointment... In what world does it take a week to look at what the issue is? And if hypothetically I need a new tire I'll also have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in... So that's 3 weeks of not using my car. Honestly, I tried liking them. But waiting for tires to be changed/oil to be changed for hours on end and having to go to a different tire shop to get tires repaired while also that being one of two reasons I bought tires from Costco in the first place is really disappointing. Some of the staff are nice, but a few that could care less make the experience just awful. I would always advise my family to buy tires from Costco, now I'm advising not to.

Brutal experience, lost tires for a month, after calling and calling they find tires, book an install, show up and cannot find my apt, wow, then get a call cannot install the tires as they are wrong, got refund! Not run like the retail store some other clown is running the tire centre.

The worst Costco I've ever been to. They never have stock. New items are at every Costco but amazingly not this one. It's also a mess. Boxes in aisles. Skids in the aisles. All displays in a huge mess. It always looks like a tornado just hit the store. They never have the new products. You can never find anyone that works there. This place is an absolute shit show. The one in orillia or Richmond hill are so much better. We drive a little further to avoid this dumpster fire of a store. Even the food court is the WORST. So slow. So messy. So gross. The manager here should be ashamed.

Wow, why I didn't read those reviews before buying the tires here?If you think you can get free tyre rotation and balancing here, forget it. They will find a million and one reasons why it isn't necessary and will push you until tyre rotation no longer prevents uneven wear. And what they say: "I can't touch your tyre because you need a new one" - BTW, safety was completed a week ago with no issues.This place just waste of time.

The customer service staff at the Tire centre are rude and do a real disservice to the Costco Brand. We waited 3 hours to pick up our car for a tire change and all that while the car was sitting in the parking lot and no one advised us till we found out ourselves. The staff was rude like "so what you waited 3 hours" Costco should really rethink their tire services as it really brings their brand down.

I booked a tire repair appointment online and waited more than a month for it. When I arrived at Etobicoke Costco, the employee told me that if the tires are not bought at Costco, they would not service them. Why there was no message about it in the online booking system? In East Mississauga Costco they checked my brother's tire which was not bought at Costco either no problem .

The online tire order was a breeze but after making an appointment online..they advise wait up to 3 hours so pack your patience. I asked if they could also do a brake check while swapping tires but they "aren't really mechanics".I also had asked how the tread was on my all seasons after the 2.5 hour wait when picking up my car and the response was "if they put them in your car, I'm assuming they are fine". Wrong! Just went to swap at a real mechanics and the tread is no good. I have to buy new all seasons.The tires are a great price but the customer service is lacking. Why have an appointment system ?

came here in november to purchase winter tires and have them installed. i was 15 mins early for my appointment and after waiting for 3 hours, they called me to tell me it was ready and i had to wait another 20+ minutes in line to collect my keys. when i got in my car, my dashboard lit up because all 4 tires were flat. i drove back over to the garage from the parking space (mind you it was pouring rain) and i had to stand outside my car while they added air and relearned them. i understand they're very busy and stressed but i'm so confused as to how they forgot to do 50% of the job.

I had a great experience, great friendly staff. Jessel was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. Obviously the service takes some time, you don't want to rush tires on any vehicle. Great experience overall. Thank you for the job well done.

Used to be good. But the last time I changed tires there, they broke my keychain and tore a button off my window switch panel??!!?!. I cannot open/close my window until I get my window switch panel replaced. Nice! Then when I complained, Tyler the manager told me to call my insurance company. The people working at this tire center are animals. When Tyler started telling me about the company policy to open my window, I interrupted him. "That's your opener? Company policy is to open my window?" He told me to let him finish. His finish was that I should call my insurance company if I feel there was any damage. How decent of you Tyler. Why did your moron technician pry my window switch off my car? How hard did he have to try? How hard did he pull my keychain? Was it in the ignition? Was he trying to ruin my ignition too? What kind of psychopath rips off a button from your window switch and pulls apart your keychain? What kind of manager, instead of acting like a human being, tells you that it's company policy that the worker has to open your window. Here are some pictures of what was broken in my car. Think about how hard someone would have to try to break these in your car, and then shrug it off like it didn't happen. Judge for yourself if you would take your car here, for any price.
