Not only did they do a great job on the install, but they've been there to support us post install on some issues we've had with how Rogers works with our system. Josh goes the extra mile to figure things out and is awesome at giving very clear instructions via text message or phone if it's an easy fix. He's also reached out to Rogers on our behalf to permanently fix issues. And when needed, he doesn't hesitate to make an in-home visit to troubleshoot! “After everything what happened to my phone (dropped it by the road in the snow/slash/water. Possibly a car went over it - the back was shuttered, to add insult to the injury: I was able to bring it to the shop 4 days later - lost time calling other repair shops, authorized by Huawei, as the model I have was not sold in Canada) My biggest hope was to save the data - yet the guys managed to return my Huawei Mate 20 WORKING!!!
