I admittedly had a hard time finding this page outside of the Avanti Hair Salon page.. but now that I've found this I can finally leave a review for the wonderful Vanessa. I came here 3 years ago to get both my nose and belly button pierced and I am so glad that I did, Vanessa was kind and informative and also was very understanding about my nickel allergy and didn't upcharge me for Titanium jewelry and made sure I felt just as comfortable as someone without a nickel allergy. I would recommend her to anyone in the Newmarket area! As a little update, both of my piercings healed perfectly but last year the little iridescent jewel in my belly button ring popped out of its sockets and that was sad but hey now I can change it!”

“Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! Exquisite work,and phenomenal service provided. That is what you get with a family run business exemplary service”

“I went to Radiant Fine Jewellers in Newmarket 's Upper Canada Mall to have a new battery installed in my Tissot Quartz watch. I was greeted by Julia who took my information and let me know it would cost $20. While there Julia noticed I was looking at their expansive display of watches, in particular the Tissot line of Automatics. I pointed to the Powermatic 80 Silicium asking her what color the dial was? Julia took the watch out of the display, placed a pad on the counter then put the watch on the pad and said it was Ice Blue, this allowed me to inspect how it felt and looked on my wrist. I picked the watch up and was impressed with the weight, shine from the dial, and sparkle from the silver strap. It felt like a good fit although a little loose. I asked for the price and she showed me the tag. When I showed hesitation she told me she may be able to do a better on the listed price. Julia made a phone call to the manager/Owner (I later learned his name is Ardash), and returned with a better price. No pressure just pure customer service. I looked at my Wife who counter offered a slightly lower price. Julia once again made a phone call to Ardash then came back confirming Radiant Fine Jewellers would accept my Wife's counter offer. I needed 1 link removed from the strap, paid for the watch and left. The next day I was called and told the watch was ready. That evening when I picked up my new watch and my quartz watch with new battery, I finally met Ardash who was pleasant and jovial about how my wife drove a hard bargain. I bought a fine watch and thanks to the professional assistance from Julia, and the willingness to haggle on an agreeable price from Ardash I remain a happy customer. I highly recommend Radiant Fine Jewellers in Newmarket's Upper Canada Mall if you are looking for a Jeweller with integrity. This is how customer service should be. Thanks Julia and Ardash.”
