We purchased a new Control4 and Sonos system for our home from Lipton's and the customer service has been second to none! The initial sale from Malcolm was seamless and the equipment arrived quickly to be installed! Thanks Malcolm! The technical team led by Josh has been superb! Not only did they do a great job on the install, but they've been there to support us post install on some issues we've had with how Rogers works with our system. Josh goes the extra mile to figure things out and is awesome at giving very clear instructions via text message or phone if it's an easy fix. He's also reached out to Rogers on our behalf to permanently fix issues. And when needed, he doesn't hesitate to make an in-home visit to troubleshoot! We couldn't be more pleased with Josh's service! He has a tireless work ethic and won't stop until he has determined a solution! So well done Josh! Thanks to Josh, Malcolm, and the Lipton's team! Lipton’s service was impeccable from start to finish. Every interaction, from the salesmen to technicians was terrific! Everyone went out of their way to be most helpful and professional!The technicians who did the install. Miguel and Josh, were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! I am an older client and have zero tech knowledge but they remained patient and polite throughout, explaining everything!I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lipton’s for all your audio video needs!

I recently purchased a Marantz Receiver last month . Super happy with it. Sales rep was decent but I never received at least a follow up call to see how everything was and if there was anything else I needed ? Other places I purchased my Audio equipment always called to thank me and see if there was anything else they could do for me ? I spent thousands of $ and I feel a customer service call follow up would have been nice ? Made me feel like we got your money now and that's all.

I was having problems with the connection between my tv, Apple TV, Rogers box and receiver. Miguel came over on the Friday evening of Labour Day Weekend and spent nearly 2 hours (!!) sorting it out. It now seems to be running better than ever with smarter remotes. He was great.

I bought an AV receiver, and had some problems setting it up. No fault of the store, more of the manufacturers these days with their overly complicated hook up instructions. Malcolm, was very helpful in helping me overcome these issues. His knowledge and patience were outstanding. It got to the point where he asked me to bring in my subwoofer as it was not working with the system. He performed a test on it to verify whether it was working or not, it was. The issue came down to one of my cables, and also the submenu within the receiver itself. To make a very long story short, after a few hours, we got it working! It does not pay to get a component at a cheaper price at a box store. Trust me, they will tell you to use their tech people to set it up at an extra charge, with lots of hassle. Thank you Malcolm for all your help, extreme patience and professionalism with me!

I recently purchased an Anthem MRX740 which I am very happy with, but there seems to a remote connection issue that presents itself once in a while. I called Malcolm, and he had Josh, the tech, come by and hook me up again. Josh set me up when I bought the Anthem with my existing speakers, along with two ceiling mount speakers. Josh was a pleasure to deal with as well as very knowledgeable. Great service all around from Liptons.A pleasure to deal with.Regards, Brian

Talked to the rep and he was very honest and knew his stuff.Unfortunately i ordered a defect from amazon but they’re more than happy to take them back. Give them a try if your looking for the best headphones.The difference in quality isn’t just the price,But the right advice/setup truly matters. I highly recommend the penrose or the maxwell from audeze. Price/performance cannot be compared to any other brand i promise you!

Website advertises a no-internet payment plan that only tells you it's for in-store purchases only after you sign up and take the credit hit.Called in to buy a television and discuss options. Was told to phone back an hour later so I did and ended up being transferred 3 times to someone who was very rude. I would have still bought the TV by other means but the person who didn't give his name was just far too impolite. He responded to my original review left from a different account saying I'd contacted them a week ago about this. I hadn't so he was clearly confusing me for a previous customer.I would not recommend dealing with this company. I bought a 85" X90K from Visions instead and had a fantastic experience.
