I am not at all satisfied with their services. There is neither moral obligation nor technical obligation. I have been waiting for the Hot Top pump problem for a month, but despite paying him, he has not been able to solve the problem and he often does not answer my calls and does not care about the time he has set to solve the problem. His technical and moral competence has not been confirmed so far.I am very upset and angry with their behavior.He must return the fees received. Because not only does it not fulfill the promised guarantee, but it has postponed the completion of the work and fixing the defect many times. I complain about their behavior and performance. Does he really have a license to do this? If he does, he has no moral obligation.

Our condominium has been working with Queen Pools for over three years and we couldn't be happier. This contractor goes above and beyond on the service end and is very fair when invoicing. Ali the owner has helped us out of many binds and is always humble with our praise. We would recommend this pool contractor for any pool / whirlpool large or small.
