I always shop here, love that they have clothes for shorter girls. Also, I always buy more than I came for and never regret my purchases but I do sometimes wish I bought more. Thank you Reitmans and Staff in the East Gwillimbury location.

I walk into the store today strong smell of paint. I ask the store sales person smells like paint in here she says ooo we are renovating.I had to leave as the smell was really off putting and as I am walking out the door I notice by the door a bucket of paint or grout dirty beside the door beside the clothes.Sorry maybe it’s just me but this is very unacceptable for a store to be open during the time they are renovating inside the store but to have dirty buckets of renovation related items beside the merchandise to me is unacceptable as a customer.Dirty buckets should not be in the store where the customers shop. The customers can get dirty or your in store merchandise that customers buy can be dirty as well from all of that.I believe the store should be closed for two days to do the renovations etc and than open when everything is clean and ideal for customer experience. Having your store open with the smells and the dirty buckets near clothing is extremely off putting.

I loved the customer service here at this location, other stores where I have been have really terrible customer services. I love this store in general they carry my favourite clothes especially jeans ?

I stood in line waiting to pay for at least 10 min. The sales associate was dealing with a customer with returns. There was 2 of us in line waiting. There were 4 other associates in the store coming to the cash area and then going to do other things. I left the items I wanted to purchase and left the store. As a retail store manager, there should have been some kind of acknowledgement that we were there or a back up cashier. I shop here all the time, and find that the service is getting worse and worse.

This location has a great selection for work clothes. Unfortunately they do not have lots of pants for tall women. However, the staff was able to get my clothing delivered to me. I really appreciated that.

Refusing to let paying customers use their washroom like their sister store penningtons is allowing now. I was told to go to the grocery store
