Disappointing Experience at the Car Wash
I recently used the car wash, and it was a frustrating experience. The machine charged me for a wash but didn’t start. I approached the staff for assistance, but they were either unable or unwilling to help resolve the issue.
This left me not only out of pocket but also with no car wash. I expected better service and accountability. If you’re considering using this car wash, you might want to think twice. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon.

Car wash is terrible, what a rip-off. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Expensive and bad wash, miserable service.

I recently visited and noticed a pricing issue. The wall listed the car wash price as $16.99 but I was charged $X +3The staff explained that this higher price applies if you don't purchase petrol. This additional charge wasn't clearly indicated, which was frustrating. Clearer signage about all potential costs would improve customer trust and experience.

I don't know what is wrong with this place, but I paid the usual amount for gas and only got a quarter of my gas tank, I felt ripped of. In any other shell station, I get 3 quarters

I felt discriminated this morning.Im a regular here and Ive been told from every other shell gss station that the all pre pay policy is from 11pm to 5am. However I was trying to get gas this morning after 6am this morning and I was demanded to pay first. Instead letting this clown take my day away I chose to stop at another location on my route. Reassured by the other location attendant that shouldve never happen. I think shell need to look into this. Im sure Im not the only one that experienced this.

What AWFULL customer service.......I was .03 cents short on my purchase and they made me use my visa for 3 cents!!!!!! Don't they understand it cost them more to use the visa per transaction then 3 cents.... congrats u made a customer upset and lost money!!!!
