CAR WASH SCAM , confusing Shell App option purposely misleading customer to purchase car wash instead of pump option. Customer service was no help at all as they already knew this was purposely setup as a scam.
Response: I don't understand why you send a link that lead to Shall contact. As already mentioned< i have already contacted customer service but no help. There is no need to send a useless link and pretend your company is serious about this issue. What a joke

I am writing to express my concern about the confusing buttons at your gas station pumps. The labels are unclear, which can lead to mistakes, especially for immigrants who may not fully understand the options.
For example, the car wash button is to simmilar to the fuel buttons, leading to accidental selections. This confusion can waste time and money for customers.
I recommend making the buttons clearer to help everyone feel more comfortable.

The ads that play on the TV at the pump are so obnoxious and annoying we stopped pumping halfway through and left to go get gas somewhere else.

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred at one of your car wash facilities on July 21. As a loyal customer since 1993, I have always experienced excellent service from Shell, but my recent experience was far from satisfactory.
On the mentioned date, I visited your car wash using the Shell mobile app. Upon arrival, we followed all the instructions and proceeded into the wash. Unfortunately, the older style soft cloth system malfunctioned, and my car got stuck. Despite the clear distress, no staff member came to assist us. This situation caused significant distress to my children and me.
I then drove to the store and spoke to an attendant named Viney. I explained the situation, expecting assistance or at least an understanding response. However, Viney began yelling at me and refused to provide any solution, including a proper car wash to make up for the incident. Furthermore, he refused to provide the contact information for the manager or owner.
This experience has significantly affected my perception of Shell, a company I have trusted for over 30 years. I believe this situation reflects poorly on Shell Canada and does not align with the standard of service I have come to expect.

Disgusting customer service. A rude employee yelled at my daughter over the slushy machine, when some spilled on her cup. It was a simple accident, and the female employee yelled making a scene, to the point where other customers had to step in. I asked the employee for her managers contact information to file a complaint and she refused to give that information to me. If customer service is not your strong suit, I recommend finding a different job. You should never treat paying customers who weren't doing anything wrong in such a disrespectful way, especially a child. Esso is right across the street, I'll pump my gas there moving forward.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was the worst experience ever! BEWARE! The worker here charged me money for gas that the transaction never went through! $40 and didn't know how to cancel it? This place is garbage. I never even got my gas and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
