This a a typical Shoppers Drug mart for a mall and has all the usual departments and products with service in the store part typical. But this store actually had cash locations open with sales agents attending them not forcing you to go to self checkout. For products like a variable amount gift card means you need personal service at a cash out and many stored just don not have them around these days. Our sales agent was named Boosuhe and I hope I got it tight ...and she was expert in gift cards and made sure to activate them with a hard copy receipt. I would come here just to get good checkout service that sadly is not available in many Shoppers these days!

Went to the Pharmacy consultation area hoping to ask a quick question, there was a pharmacist and 2 assistants at the counter, they were all heads down doing their thing. So we waited patiently, no one even acknowledged us for the first couple minutes. After 10 minutes the assistant finally said the pharmacist will help you shortly, another 10 minutes past and still no help. The pharmacist clearly saw us waiting as she stood right next to the consultation counter... At least say something like "sorry, I'll be with you soon". We had our baby with us, it gotten to a point where he was screaming a bit before she acknowledged us. She even had the nerve to say to her colleagues "why is that kid screaming.. oh my god". Seriously, why would you even say that? He's a 12 month old, babies cry/whine/scream, that's normal -- if you acknowledged us and treated us like a normal customer then we would have been on our way.Never coming back to this location again. Save yourself a trip, terrible customer service (specifically at the pharmacy), hence all the recent 1 star reviews echoing the same sentiment. Adopt decent customer service skills before you serve clients/customers, horrible mindset, does not align with the core values of the SDM's I know of.

Came here to buy a smash box tinted moisturizer since the Sephora upstairs didn’t carry smash box. I was testing the shades to see which one would match me. The employee in the beautiful boutique clearly didn’t like that I was testing the testers and stood 1 metre away from me the whole time just STARRING at me she never said a word. I was about to buy this product but decided to buy Sephora online instead. Testing different shades is NOT stealing. Is that not what testers are for? Leave it up to your security team watching the cameras to catch thieves. First and last time in this shoppers.

I went with my wife the other day in the cosmetic aisle and the lady there with the short, dyed blonde hair was very noisy and up in your face. My wife and I felt uncomfortable being in her presence.

I've been always a regular customer at this location but after my recent experience I'm not stepping foot. The lady in the cosmetic section, I believe her name is Sarah was unbelievable rude. From the moment we stepped foot, she was staring at us in a bad uncomfortable way. We went to the pharmacy section and she followed us, looking again. Then I went to the make up section, she came back and asked if I need help and I said no thanks and while she was walking back not looking at me with an attitude she said, we don't have testers so don't use them. My issue is not what she said but how she said it. Even the president doesn't talk like that. Who does she think she is harrassing and talking down on us. And then we went to talk to the supervisor by the name Madson. She saw us talking and while talking to the supervisor she said can I help you. Lol, why would I need help while talking to someone. The supervisor saw her action with his own eyes but still was supporting her, saying i cant do anything i wasnt in the situation. I then asked for the managers contact information he said i cant give out personal information. I only asked for the general number. He didnt want to give it to me. It was an unbelievable experience.

I usually walk in when I’m at upper canada mall for the convenience. Today I picked few items and found out at the cashier that no plastic bags anymore which is fine, no reusable bags which is weird, and no sign at the entrance that no bags (cashier said they are not allowed to have a sign)! Are you expecting customers to walk in the mall holding grocery/snack boxes without bags! You lost the sale today.

I needed some help with a medicine I was looking for. I asked the lady behind the prescription booth and she was so rude. I don’t know if she was racist against me or what. But I will never return to this store again. Disappointed. Zero customer service

Small store but has the basic. They have a Canada Post and photograph services. This was the “cheapest” option to take our pictures. Location is not great… parking and going inside the mall takes longer than a normal store….

Of late the Canada Post desk in this store has been closed more often than open, even during peak hours. Latest example 3:50pm on Friday 11 November. And the Shoppers across the road (south east corner of Davis Yonge) has better parking and easier access making it a better option for everything else. So I'm going to stop visiting the mall for postal services after repeatedly finding this to be a waste of time. The PikWik Convenience store on Davis Drive.offers far more reliable Canada Post postal services and is now becoming my preferred first choice.

Today I went to do a transaction at this location and was served so poorly by Madison and Emily. If I could put 0 for a review I would. I asked for points adjustment, not only I was rudely told off but also was given attitude and told go off and “complain away” because they didn’t care. Emily said she was cash supervisor & working as shoppers myself, I would never treat a customer the way she did. Emily and Madison were chit chatting on one cash and seemed bothered when I went forward to ask them to help me. They refused to help me as I raised my concern to them & also guided them how to. They followed the instructions as if they were newly hired to shoppers. When I told them to correct the mistake they made they were rude and wouldn’t want to continue. I asked for the manager, Noura came to help, she was siding with the cashiers and also very rudely rolled her eyes saying that she will not assist. They charged me for the items and made me pay, Noura was very harsh with her tone and said will not let me use my points card to get points for the transaction. I had a toddler with me and I didn’t want to make a bigger scene I paid and left. I will write a letter to the head office shortly about the staff I encountered today. I will never shop at this location again and never will refer my family and friends.

The lady working in the beauty boutique last Saturday, October 30 was amazing! Very learned and helpful. Great experience and she should be recognized for her amazing customer service! Did not get her name, but was petite, with straight blond hair.
