The store is super friendly. Everyone feels welcomed. The staff are really kind and always help find any funko pop on the hunt. Customer service is excellent; workers are extremely helpful with all inquiries. The manager introduced herself and does a great job answering questions. The store is clean, organized and nice to browse around. Everyone always ended up purchasing three items and leave happy with all. The store is always nice and the team is very nice and helpful.
