This location has gotten 100% better, I stopped shopping here for years because the service was non existing, the store was dirty and unorganized and the staff clearly didn't care and had better things to talk about Instead of checking on their customers. My mom dragged me in the other day and I was blown away at the Change in the store, the staff absolutely everything! I was told there is new management at this location and I think head office needs to know they are doing Phenomenal! The staff is actually on the floor, it's clean and organized now. Whoever took this store over deserves recognition, I will gladly come back to soft moc any day now!

Upper Canada Store is wonderful. My family and I are always greeted with a 'Hello' and a smile. We have bought our footwear as a family from this store for a longtime, and always happy with the products. Thank you for always providing excellent service and footwear!

Great service! Staff were all very friendly and helpful right away! They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in store but offered to ship it to my home or store. The process went very smooth!

This is the best softmoc location. All of the employees are really knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I find they have a great selection of sizes in every shoe.

I visited softmoc at new market in upper canada mall. In the store, I was helped by Maya who provided an excellent customer service and gave me the best option to buy sketches shoes with 25% discount as well. Maya was very respectful, knowledgeable and excellent customer service experience with her. Thanks to the store manager for hiring such a talented representative at softmoc.

Great experience at the store, the lady who helped me, help from start to finish. She realized I needed some guidance in terms of shoe selections and did a great job explaining all the features and benefits of the shoes. She was kind and patient while I looked through all the options. She even helped me enrol in the loyalty program.
