Our family have been clients at Skaters Performance for 9 years now, and we cannot possibly thank them enough for the dedicated service they provide! Randy and Peggy are true professionals… they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and have saved us in more than one situation where my son had skate issues! Whether it is correcting blade issues, replacing rivets/screws, or ordering new parts for his skates, they have always gone out of their way to make sure he is game-ready! Mark is also fantastic… he always greets us with a friendly and professional demeanour, and helps to make sure that any issues with my son’s skates are flagged and resolved… most recently with a runner issue… I cannot thank Mark enough for making sure my son was ready for an important tournament over the Holidays! Thank you to the Skaters Performance crew for your help, you truly are the best in the business!

Found the Man who runs the counter rude and disrespectful today. Will be the last time I visit this skate shop. Sad as I think they do a great job with skate sharping. He needs to be a bit kinder to his clients. Some how feel he does not care about loss of business …!!!!

These guys are unreal! I haven’t had a brand new pair of skates in a long time, I got a new pair and they just felt awful, couldn’t wear them for more than a period. I brought them in and they profiled them up for me. I stepped on the ice after and it felt like I had been wearing them for years. Will never take my skates anywhere else but the skaters performance!

There are places that have pros in something trying to make a living out of it, and then there are big box ones that have temp help trying to do the same thing (maybe for a buck less). My choice is The Skater's Performance, what is yours?

Every time I take my kids' skates into Skater's Performance - I am warmly welcomed by Randy, Peggy & Tiza! They are Pros all the way - doing a fabulous job on sharpening - getting them "game ready", or tending to small adjustments like missing screws and/or providing sound advice on the overall condition of the blades. A+ 5-Star service, treatment and results. They truly deserve your business!

Very, very nice service. Took my son's skates in for sharpening and they were ready in no time. Store is nice. The big advantage of this business is the staff.

I have you used Skater's Performance all winter for my son's skates as well as my own. This is the only place I will get my skates sharpened. If you want it done right - consistently, this is the place to go.

Had my daughter's figure skates recreationally sharpened which she reports were fine for doing laps. However, when I went to pay by VISA I was questioned whether I had debit card or cash. Apparently $13 isn't enough for skate sharpening they prefer you not pay by VISA. I prefer to pay by VISA so that is how I paid but I would prefer not to be hassled for payment method ??
