Never ever use this store if you want your package to reach its destination. Dropped a few package and by mistake mixed some purolator package. The owner is so lazy to check, didn’t even scan each package in front of me. He just asked to leave everything on the desk. Came back a few days to retrieve my amazon returns with Purolator tags and the owner said they are gone. Very sus!

I have returned package. The guy who working in this UPS refused to take it as he has to go somewhere..the store is supposed to close at 3 o'clock. My husband went there before 1 o'clock. He refused him he said go to other locations or come tomorrow..he's rude.

We just had a horrendous experience at the Newmarket store at Yonge and Mulock. We needed to send an important medical fax for our son. When we arrived at the store, the manager took the documents and was helpful at first. He helped to make copies for us to be able to fax that were one-sided. The whole time, the manager was on the phone while trying to help us. This caused considerable delay, but we understood that he was there on his own. When it was time to fax the documents, things began to really go downhill. The fax machine was extremely slow, and the manager became even more engrossed in his phone call. We had to divide the documents up into two separate faxes. We were then told that we would need to come back in 1 hour for the confirmation. We are amazed as we were told to go and get a coffee. We reluctantly agreed, and then told him we would be back. Less than two minutes later, we returned as we had decided we would just like to pay for the photocopies the manager had helped us with and be on our way. He refused and told us we would have to pay for the fax as half the fax had already been sent, but he could not provide the confirmation yet. Keep in mind, the manager had our son's medical documents in his possession at this time and would not give them back to us. We left and came back after about 5 minutes at this point and told him we wanted to pay for the amount of documents he had faxed and then be on our way. The confirmation for the first half of the documents had printed at this point. We obtained our documents and at this point. The manager charged us $10 and told us he was going to only charge us that amount and that the real cost was $25, as though he was doing us a favour. $25 for less than 20 photocopies and one fax being sent is ABSURD. We waited for at least 45 minutes in this store to have the manager complete half of what was needed, while holding our son's medical documents hostage, and then we're told we were being given a good deal. I feel ripped off, and honestly violated. I won't be back here for any reason ever again and would advise people to stay away.

I had brought in a return package. I was in a rush due to a personal family issue. I had forgot to tape the return label to the box. The man working at this UPS refused to tape my return label to the box as a one time good will gesture. He pointed me to their policy that states the return label must be tapped prior to shipping. I understand this is the policy, going forward I will insure I follow it. In this circumstance, I personally feel, the employee could have tapped the label to the box and shipped my package. It would not take much tape or much effort and I agreed this would not happen again. From now on I will not use this UPS location and I suggest others be wary of their bad service.

It's better to talk to a rock than to talk with these guys. Went for picking up 2 packages, both passports. The guy in front gave me one and said there's only one. Luckily the UPS driver was there at the same time, he remembered our packages and said he actually delivered 2 packages. The guy at the shop didn't even care and told me to go and complain wherever I want to. Finally after 30 mins found it from the dumpster, they then tried to convince me that it's the bin for returns. Just shutdown this mess of a place.Had 2 other bad experiences with package drop offs before.

I am disgusted. My wife dropped off a prepaid package and the guy took it and then said it will cost $2. She was afraid and didn’t want him to ruin the package so tried to pay with credit card and he said it was cash only. What a scam!!! I will be calling UPS customer service to let them know what’s going on. Do not go here, lots of other UPS stores around. We won’t use UPS again if we have a choice. Absolutely disgusted.

The guy on charge make me wait as he atend e costumers that arrive after me.Make me waiting for 19 minutes until I decided to go whit Canada Post.I don't recommend shipping anything whit this gentlemen.Very slow and erratic, don't do any help for Ups costumers.
