It was time to replace our mattress, and we dreaded having to purchase another one. Once Sears closed, it was hard to find a place that didn't have confusing pricing, hard-to-believe discounts on sales, and aggressive commission sales people.Ultra is tucked away in the Newmarket Plaza, and we almost overlooked it. Glad we didn't. We dealt with Joseph. He was a polite young man who was there to answer our questions if and when we needed it, but otherwise he gave us space to check out their stock of mattresses on our own.When we'd selected a mattress and had some question he answered them and then completed the sale for us including arranging for delivery. The guys delivered the mattress last night, and they were polite, quick and respectful of our house.We are happy with the purchase experience, the delivery and the mattress; we recommend you stop by if you are looking for furniture. BTW the delivery guys took our old mattress to the curb free of charge for pickup by the garbage men--an economical way or disposing of it for us and Ultra.

Incredible store with beautiful, quality product! Ernie, the owner, is great to deal with, including all his staff! We met Ernie at one of the suppliers as we wanted to sit and test out the chairs in person, before we bought, and he was very easy to communicate with. Prices are very fair and delivery is quick (other stores told us 4 months). We recently ordered a bed and bench, and the delivery was a day earlier than anticipated. The movers (Joseph and the other's name I did not catch unfortunately) were very nice and extremely professional. They also assembled the bed for us. Immaculate service throughout. Don't be fooled by the exterior, this is an absolute must visit. Their storefront does not do justice. We will be coming back for future purchases!

This is an amazing store! If you are looking for good quality furniture yet affordable, this is your place. I bought a queen bed frame, mattress, two side tables and glass coffee table. Everything had a great price and it is great quality. When we opened the boxes for the side tables we realized we ordered the wrong color, and the owner had 0 problem on exchanging them for the color we wanted. The bed frame and coffee table look amazing! I 100% recommend ultra furniture.

I would definitely recommend Ultra Furniture for their very nice furniture and very excellent prices. They were very accommodating to me regarding storage of the pieces that I bought until they could be picked up. I would definitely shop here again.

I found the perfect modern contemporary art coffee table while searching online. Several stores had it but the prices were so expensive. Then I discovered Ultra Furniture in Newmarket that had it at the lowest price. Not only that, their staff was wonderful and delivered the table quickly. Their delivery team was excellent, respectful and careful while bringing this heavy table into my home and unpacking it. They took the time to check that my table arrived in excellent condition as well. I highly recommend this store and their wonderful team. Thanks guys! I will definitely shop with you again in future!
