“Sometimes not making a sale is more important than making one. We met Shane about 10 years ago when we bought a VW bug from him that we loved and enjoyed. So when our friend needed a used car we didn’t hesitate to refer her to him. Being the owner he went out of his way to listen to her situation and find away to help her with the purchase.
