No change rooms, they removed them after COVID. It's a sly trick though because you're forced to buy your clothes without knowing if it fits, then if you want to return it you can only do an exchange. You can not get refunds. Sounds like a pretty great way for them to make extra money, COVID was nice to you guys wasn't it? Scummy as ever, making bank off of stuff you get for free. I won't be returning to shop here. Especially after I had to scan all my own clothes myself while an employee stood behind me. There are no employee run check outs, you have to scan everything yourself. I'm tired of doing your job. Go to the salvation army in the same plaza, at least they care about the community. You will not feel good about shopping here at the thrift store Mafia. Greedy operation you guys are running.

Clean but seems like it is getting pretty expensive. Decent for kitchen or decor

Way too overpriced for a place that takes donations.

This is a smaller Value Village compared to others I’ve been to. I do not like the parking lot. It’s kind of busy and tight. I did buy a game and some books. My least favourite Value Village and I’ve been to alot.

Varity of things, even if you dont get exactly what you are looking for. There is always something you can work with.

I love this place, great deals on clothing perfect for going into fall. Everything is very affordable as well. Great job staff! 5/5

The only reason why I gave them a three star was because they took away the dressing rooms. I purchased a piece of clothing and took it home. It did not fit, and they will not take it back. If you are going to have a no return policy, then let people try the clothes on first before they buy it.

Went on a seniors discount Tuesday with my mom who is a senior and helped her scan her items at cash. Because I was the one scanning the items they fussed at us that the items ‘must have been mine’ and I’m not over 60 and didn’t want to give us the discount. Such rude employees. It’s like they’ve been told to give each customer a terrible experience and be as rude as possible.

Not my favourite value but still nice if you got some time for a proper search.

Value Village has a decent selection of second-hand items, but it's a mixed experience. I've found good deals on clothes and home goods, but sometimes the prices seem too high for donated products. The store can feel disorganized, which makes finding what I need more challenging. The staff are usually friendly, but the checkout lines can get long. Overall, it's worth checking out if you have the patience and enjoy searching for bargains.

This was a great place before covid, but they pulled out the changing rooms (on the grounds that people were "stealing" donations) and their return policy is ridiculous: exchange same day for something else on the floor. Electronics are no returns, I think, but only one hard to find plug in the whole store to see if something works.
