Very opinionated manager and very pushy! I mentioned twice that I have to think about the purchase ($over 200 for each pair)... He kept on pushing and pushing! Just stop. There many other stores, online too, to buy same merchandise.

They didn't really have what I needed and the salesperson was very disinterested in helping me or any other shopper. I will not shop there again.

I had a problem with a pair of shoes i bought 3 months ago. I went into the store and Enzo was so helpful with this problem and my shoes were replaced. Thank you so much Enzo for being so kind and helpful. 5 stars from me

Went to the store. The tall man whose name I know but don't want to mention seemed too troubled to even try and assess my foot size and help select shoes. I asked if he could look on their system for another store with the colour and size I wanted and he gave me a flippant reply as to why I had not asked someone at the previous store I was at. He didn't want to bother looking and didn't.He was totally disinterested in wanting to make any effort to serve me as a potential client.Another lady saw his attitude and came to assist me and was very helpful and gave good advise and input.This guy should not be working in a customer facing job.I will not go back to that store.

Manager assured me that the blundstone workbook has a 1 week to 1 month life then 260 for another pair.. never have I encountered such terrible service and stupidity. Stay away if your money means anything to you..
