The store experience was frustrating due to a long wait, with only one assistant attending to multiple customers. Despite requesting a Chatter SIM card and waiting for nearly an hour, I discovered a Chatter booth on the corner as I was leaving. Improved customer service and efficiency are needed.

This co is owned by Bell & Rogers. Problem (Bell) early after simple hardware upgrade as noted below. I was repeatedly - beginning ~Spring ‘23 - assured it would be fixed “over the next 2-3 billing cycles”. Updating this review a year later after filing with industry (funded) watchdog CCTS. Bell unilaterally changed rate plan. WWave appears limited in their ability to remedy despite no newly signed contract.Old: Jurgen and his team are awesome. Bit of an issue with our plan changing with Bell after hardware upgrade, but these folks jumped in and fixed it 100%. Thanks again, folks!)

I have been a customer with you for 4 years and I have 4 active lines and Sergi has always served me with excellent attention, unfortunately I was on vacation and I had a woman who was the complete opposite, she started serving me and another client arrived and left me sitting there To give preference to the other, he made me wait more than 20 minutes and without telling me anything, I don't know if it was because I spoke his language, so I left there and never came back, I went to the other place right there in the square and the service was excellent. They lost a client with you, it's a shame because it was my favorite place.

I when this morning, was a girl there, after 5 min talking with her about my service and trying to get another phone, she left me because she when with another client, I was sitting there for 10 min and she never back to me, I was her if she can back to me and her answer was; wait!! Let me finish here!!!Very bad experience!!! Bad customer service

I had the opportunity to meet Michael. He went above and beyond! From greeting us to providing us all the necessary information we needed to take a decision. I had a very informative discussion with Jurgen at Wireless wave. Juergen was very knowledgeable and patient. I felt that he had my best interests in mind and that there was zero pressure. Overall great customer service and I was very happy with the experience. I would recommend that if you are looking to have Rogers complicated plans explained, that you pay him a visit.
