I went to Altieri to purchase as can of driveway sealant. The person who helped me was most friendly and helpful and made sure I purchased the right sealant and accessories for my job.. Felt very secure that I was being looked after.

Called and got vague answers from someone who seemed to not care. Went in to get actual answers and was met with the same guy giving no useful info at all and wasting our time. Highly recommend going anywhere else for building supplies, these guys don't care about making money and don't care about wasting your time.

The service here is zero stars.I was there yesterday morning around 8. The counter/seller guy (I don’t know his name) but he had white hair and looked around 65 years old. He asked why I showed up so early, even though the store opens at 7am. When I asked him some questions about some construction material, he said he doesn’t know and didn’t try to help whatsoever. He said to read the label instead of asking him questions.As long as this person works there, I’m not going back anymore, and I don’t suggest anybody does. He was unhelpful, rude, and only wasted my time

We received the wrong product and Mike blamed his employee when we came to return it, he fought over the return but did it since it was within 30 days. Although they only do returns in cash. He then mentioned that we could always shop somewhere else, already done by the way since his lack of professionalism is appalling. Then he proceeded to take 20% off for a “restocking fee.” While waiting we noticed drywall mud being stored in the cold. We are more than happy to take our business and customers elsewhere where the product is not ruined, incorrect and the company is not lacking common sense and manners.
