I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with 95% of the people of encountered here and the other 5% was just because I was unable to get the information I needed. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. And in regards to the 5% the person was gracious and kind and apologized for not knowing the answers to the questions I had, so 5 stars all the way. I high recommend going here specifically. 💛

Why are customers sent to the back at the loading docks to drop off post card delivery?? Up front they stand around telling me they are not permitted to go back there but the public can!?? What! is going on there?? Who reads this, are they going to fix this??

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poorly ran service. Poorly ran company. Poorly ran technical support. 4 Days of being told my package is on the truck and now no one can tell me where my package is. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

How do your delivery drivers get away with not even attempting to make a delivery, and not even leaving a notice on when and where to pick up my package?? Says notice left, but I don't have anything anywhere.

I just like to say that Canada Post isn’t trust worthy. It’s 7:56 am January 2023 and while I was checking a tracking number for a parcel this morning it said that they tried to deliver it at 5:47 this morning. Sure and left a card in my mailbox at 5:47:24 b.s. for I’ve been up since 4am and they wonder why no one wants to use snail Mail. Well I hope Canada Post plans on reimbursing me for the package that they never attempted to deliver!!!!

I visited Niagara Falls postal office on Queen Street today. I had a wonderful experience with Kim, she is very knowledgeable at her job and extremely helpful and friendly, great asset to the team.
