I have never had such horrendous experience in any bank. I don’t understand how is the people hired at this branch. Very unprofessional and unqualified. The stuff at font desk is very rude and she is more like yellow pages. Has hundreds of phone numbers on her slide table. Not willing to do anything but give you a number to call. If I can call a customer service why would I drive all the way to the branch. If your job is to find me the number to call you’d better just close this branch. My day is totally ruined by this stuff. I closed all my CIBC accounts immediately after I visited this branch.

Nicole is the best, if you go there call for Nicole she will help you out. Really took her time with me.

Even though I went with a terrible branch appointment, they were not helpful at all. Maybe the person I took the appointment was uninterested, I don't know. But definitely not a branch I would recommend!!. I just came for a credit card application, even though I have my driver's license and work permit with me, it did not help. By the way, it is about 60 meters away from the address sent to my e-mail, in a different place from the address known online.

Can’t Believe, How can someone accept a bank statement which doesn’t tell which bank it is. I went the montrose rd division today March 1, 2022 to get my account statement, The staff who assisted me ( I know the name I m not posting publicly) her name tag tells manager, gave me a wrong piece of paper at first an when we said it’s not the one we need. We showed a copy we got before from the same branch 6 months before. She made us wait and provided a piece of paper which was manipulated. Does not have name of bank and name of account holder. She edited the original bank paper to a piece of garbage clearly. When we asked for bank name she sealed the paper with a very aggressive manner, very impressive. We went straight to lundys lane branch, they gave the financial statement within minutes. Well the corporate have to provide some training to managers to remind them that they don’t own any branch if they are managers. Extremely poor service.

Went to branch at 450 doors to branch are locked? I thought it was open till 5 is pre closing common practice?
