Riped my 16 year old granddaughter off for 240 prepaid credit card. When she got it home it was locked now she has to wait 40 days for them to investigate this because these guys are nothing but thieves don't do business with thieves especially when they rip off a minor

The cashier purposely doesn't listen to you and wastes time so you cannot buy alcohol. they say the sell alcohol on the phone till 11 to get you to rush there but he won't let you buy it. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. I was there with my brother, who is 10, and his friend, who is 8. While we were buying slushes, I noticed a man staring at us. Then, he came over and yelled at us, even at the young kids. I’m only 14, and this isn’t the first time he’s yelled at us. He accused us of stealing, disrespected us, and told us not to come back. He really seems to think he owns the place. His name is Jainl, and I believe he should be fired for his racist, disrespectful, and terrible attitude, especially towards children.
The way he treated us was hurtful—emotionally and mentally damaging. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated. He should be held accountable for his actions and how he treats customers. If I could, I’d rate this place zero stars. The staff is rude, and everything is overpriced. Jainl should not be working there. He yelled at me, my friends, and my younger brother and his friend. We were just trying to have fun and get something cold to drink, but he ruined our day. I want to warn others about this guy. No one should have to experience this kind of mistreatment.

washroom is blocked off with bins. cashier indicated no washroom for customers. Owner/workers just dont want to clean up after it (likely from laziness). Large gas station with a bathroom inside that they dont open for customers? Pathetic

My friend was there on Saturday October7th. She loves the store. Always looking at sunglasses. She didn't buy anything. Left the store. The man working followed her out took HER sunglasses grabbed her by the arm and accused her of stealing. That's assault

Fountain machine was not operating the time and that was theory reason I was there.Lots of other snacks available though I didn't get anything.Helpful staff but his accent was too thick for me to understand. He was trying to explain all the snacks. They were in non-english packaging.

Need to teach the employees manners. Littlerally went here to get gas and 2 energy drinks to only notice almost all the cans are sticky... then I get to the counter and stood their for 10 minutes when the employee was just playing on her phone looked at me twice and continued to play on her phone. Super disrespectful.

This location, as part of the Esso station, is a very good size inside with friendly staff. They have lots of different snacks and drinks here to choose from. Prices are typical of these establishments (not cheap). They have a large washroom where you can use, as long as nobody is already in there.

You need an exorcist. The bathroom was haunted. I walk in, and immediately see a bunch of toilet paper strewn across the floor. Then I turn to my right and see that the toilet paper doesn't even have a damn holder! I managed to reluctantly do my business, and as I went to flush the toilet, the whole thing moved and jiggled. After that revolting experience, I went to wash my hands and was taken by surprise by their amazing plumbing. I turned on the cold tap, and water started to seep out of the hot water handle. After all of that, another family member had to use the toilet, and they were afraid to flush the toilet, as they didn't know what the consequences would be. 0 stars, I would rather use a porta-potty that has been sitting in the hot sun on the worksite across the street. This endevour will haunt my dreams for the rest of my life.
