I was there at about 12:50 and there is about 50 patrons in line. The two employees behind the counter were taking very, very very long amounts of time to deal with their customers and they clued in when people starting to get eager and very annoyed, they finally clued in to call for backup and the backup looks scared to go in line and address customers and took his sweet time laughing and joking in their language. Every immigrant should have to do mandatory etiquette lessons. KEEP OUR COUNTRY. KIND.CLEAN. RESPECTFUL. I would never talk in my language in front of customers and make Canadians feel alienated!!! what happened to Dollarama...

I shopped here all the time but I walked in today and I only saw one employee that was Canadian. The other employees were all foreigners which doesn't bother except none were talking English. I think it's totally inappropriate, you don't know if they are talking about you. The cashier was even talking to the cashier in a foreign language. Very uncomfortable, I will not be back to this location

At par from the Toronto locations and they carry the travel toothpaste in a huge stockpile that my go to Toronto location didn’t carry. I bought a lot for the Shelter I support and for $1.50/each was such a bargain. I was supposed to buy a sketch book but at the cash I was told it comes in 4, that area was such a mess that you couldn’t tell if it belonged to a set or not. I just didn’t bother

This Dollarama location is one of the better ones I’ve visited. The store is clean, fairly well-organized, and usually well-stocked with a wide variety of products—from kitchenware, snacks, and school supplies to seasonal decor and cleaning products. It’s a great spot when you need something quick without breaking the bank.

I was on my way to Niagara Falls and decided to stop by this Dollarama and I’m so glad I did! The store is much bigger than I expected, super clean, and very well-stocked with everything from snacks to home goods. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. It’s honestly one of the best Dollarama locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth a quick stop if you’re passing through!

This dollarama has a skimmer or something on the machine. I tapped my card once and was charged twice today and didn't realize until checking my bank after.

employees definitely need some customer service training because in the same visit i had an employee roll her eyes at me when i asked where i could find something and while i was checking out the cashier asked what was wrong with me (i have a bad psoriasis flare up on my eyes) like who says that to someone ??

My son lost a gift card in the store, and the staff was so amazing in helping me find it. My son is only 4 so he put it down and couldn’t remember where it was. They looked through stuff with me, I’m so thankful. This was Dec 22 evening, and thank you to who was working.

Had a wide variety of stuff and fully stocked. Just ran in for a couple drinks and snacks for my motel. I thought I'd try a big bottle of Aloe Vera juice which seemed a bargain for it's size. Unfortunately, it was 6 months expired! So watch for expired goods. They don't have bags so you have to buy one of theirs or bring your own. Luckily my 2 bottles fit into my parka pockets & I stuffed the candy bags in my purse. But all & all a good dollar store. Minus a star for no bags & expired product.
