I recently needed paint to retouch my house and started by buying a bucket from Home Depot for $30. Although they couldn’t perfectly match my original paint, they made a genuine effort, which I appreciated. I decided to try the original supplier for a closer match and went to this location twice.
The first time, I asked if they could match the paint, and even a small sample would have helped me decide if I wanted to purchase it. However, the staff was hesitant to even try and informed me that the formula was discontinued. I left the store disappointed.
After thinking it over, I decided to return and asked if they could at least get the paint close to the original so I could paint a different wall. I was forced to consider this because they had discontinued the formula. To my surprise, when I asked about the cost, she said it would be $70 per bucket, while I had just bought a new bucket from Home Depot for $30.
Not only did I not get the matching paint, but I was also quoted more than double the price. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service and the discontinuation of the formula, which forced me to compensate in such an expensive and inconvenient way.

I had to match a 25 year old colour in my kitchen. I went in and they tried to match it with their colour match system. It was close, but not right. Nicole was AMAZING! She took the already mixed paint, had a look at what I needed it to look like dry, and she knew EXACTLY what it needed and manually added it to the mix. She NAILED it! I am very impressed with the customer service, and even more so, because this amazing talent could just eye a paint mix and fix it to match 20 year old dry paint! The kitchen looks great! A+++

Spencer was the Sales Associate who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting everything together he carried out the 12 cans of paint and loaded them into my car. Job well done! Thank you!
