DO NOT GO HERE! the staff are rude. The hours are too limited. The owner reprimanded me for needing to pay someone overtime hours to get my prescription ready because they would not be open for the following two days. In addition since switching pharmacy my infants prescription is now covered and put through by the pharmacy and apparently the staff were unable to do an extra step to process this.

Falls Pharmacy exceeded my expectations during my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the medication and its proper usage.
The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed. I appreciated the efficiency and speed of service; the prescription was ready in no time.
Overall, my experience at Falls Pharmacy was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of professional, courteous, and reliable service.

The owner at this place is terrible. Probably why it has never gotten any better over time. She's rude to customers, rude to staff, just rude all around. You can tell just by the way she responds to these reviews. Do yourself a favor and avoid the trouble. Go somewhere else.

The head pharmacist is very ignorant. She has very minimal compassion for others. She will always talk down to her customers as well as staff. I have been in there plenty of times and witnessed it myself. She puts the blame on everyone else and talks down to them like a bully. That's pretty disgusting for a 'leader' to act in that manner. It also makes sense why the employees leave there jobs because of the treatment.
UPDATE: The ignorant pharmacists asked where to transfer my medications. So I walked to the back and when I went to talk to her and tell her to transfer me to Boggio. She said I have nothing to say to you. I replied I have something to say to you. Transfer me to Boggio so I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR IGNORANT AND CONDESCENDING SELF. Then she proceeded to run to a back room and hide from me. 😂 Everytime I walk into that building all I feel is negative energy and Jennifer is that negative energy ! 🙂

Pharmacist was extremely rude to my husband. She was rude the last time he went but the other store was closed so he went in. He is 78 with a back problem and in pain.While they were talking, She said very rudely (Thats not what I asked you. ). He wanted Advil She gave him the third degree. He wanted to blow his top but remained calm. He was buying Advil for me his wife who had back injury. This woman needs to check herself. She’s in the wrong business or is it all about $$$$$. No compassion and very rude!

If I could give zero I would, staff seem nice, head pharmacist however has zero customer service skills, ignorant, condescending tone every time she speaks. Not surprised this place always looks empty but being as I live around the corner thought I would give them a shot. Won’t be back.

What a nasty place. Every time I go, the pharmacist is always annoyed with an attitude to clients and staff because she is so busy and stressed. You ask simple questions and you are met with rudeness. I checked previous answers to negative reviews and they all reflect this observation: a defensive attitude to polite feedback and requests.
Please do some self work on yourself to professionnally receive people with proper customer service.
