Didn’t like the way Ronak speak to me. He has too attitude. “Buddy im costumer of company you work for” i was there to ask for home internet plan than the way you speak to me was full of attitude. Never visiting again.

Niravkumar was very helpful in helping me select the right plans for 3 members of my family. He was very informative, attentive and knowledgable. The store and the phones were quite busy, but he was able to stay calm, provide guidance to his associate and deal with the various questions coming his way.
